Product Description

This Balelinko multi grip set is designed for power cages with a 1" hole in the tube frame and a 2" x 2" tube frame. The multi grip handlebars are made from 5" steel tubing and come with a pair of free spring clip collar rings. There is a maximum weight capacity of 350 pounds.

There are three hand grip positions on this machine dip, pull up, and push up. This muscle building tool comes with 3 different grip options (Applied, Parallel, and Linear) to target different muscles.

The dip bars can be locked in by a corded safety pin for added safety. To protect the cage frames from scratching, this padding is made of rubber.

EXERCISES Great for strengthening the muscles of the triceps, biceps, chest, shoulders, and back.

There's a safety pin there, isn't there? I don't see any pictures of it, though it says there is. ?

Safety pins are not provided, and you do not need them. that goes into the power rack holes is welded to the dip handles and is fitted with hooks on the back and front that allow it to be locked in place.

The pro's are Please note that I was able to get this from Amazon warehouse for 25% off on prime day, which made it worthwhile otherwise I would have gone with a higher-priced competitor for the reasons listed Please note that In spite of the locking clip appearing on the 4th picture, there is none. It didn't take long to figure out that the clip isn't necessary, but if anything, it does provide a piece of my input*br - It is not bad enough to warrant a return but not so terrible that it is worth wasting my time. I wish the dip bar clips were locking clips for this dip bar - I don't need this extra weight bar clip to fit the dip bar- One of the units is making a funny sound when I move it around because of sand or something. It's not a big deal, it's just a quality issue. Overall, this is a good buy on sale, but if you pay full price, look for the competitor's model with over 1000 reviews.

Due to the fact that I no longer go to the gym, I have been trying to replace some of the things I used to do with things I can do right now. I bought these to do dips and they work pretty I can hold on to them and they are well made. There is only one issue I've encountered with them (and it's not their fault) and that is that I don't have a full cage, so I have to shake the rack a bit when I do dips. Then I have to dip twice, which makes it harder to do.

This fit my fitness reality rack without a problem and they're a good price. They might be a bit thicker if you're used to them, but for me, they work.

I love the weight of this cage and it fits well on the holes, but the hold is a bit wanky

I would not recommend this cage for any price. You can easily fix it by inserting a thin, inconspicuous object between the two. This product is the best price we've seen so far!.
