No, this Innova Heavy Duty Inversion Table does not come with any pre-installed accessories. put together The heavy steel components are packaged in a cardboard box, while the hardware is individually wrapped in plastic wrap. It took about 1 1/2 hours for two of us to put this together as amateurs. If you don't read the instructions carefully first, you'll have problems. The hardware is numbered in order and is relatively easy to figure out once you've laid out all of the steel pieces. You won't need any other tools because two small wrenches and a screwdriver are included. This inversion table feels good once it's put together, and it's sturdy and well-made.
My son- My son-in-law, who is 5'11" tall and weighs 240 pounds, uses it all the time, as does my grandson, who is 5'10" tall and weighs 160 pounds, and my other grandson, who is 5"11" tall and weighs 190 pounds.

" The unit took some time and effort to put together, but it was eventually completed almost despite the instructions. Learning how to use it effectively takes time, as it does with most things. Using towels to wrap around my ankles, I'm working on inverting comfortably. Even so, another axis of adjustment at the foot end of things, adjusting the distance between the foot rest and the ankle pads, could be useful. It's difficult to invert if I start with my feet on the footrest, and once inverted, I slide 'up' the board, making it difficult to return to a standing position. While the table is comfortable and simple to use, putting it together was a nightmare.
