Truthfully, I am only comfortable using a wheel so far. I have not tried resistance bands, but Amazon's return policy is incredible.
These are made of plastic and the padding is not very thick, so I still have to use gloves, but overall the straps are awesome. I leave them around my feet and remove them from the roller and stretch well worth the investment. I still do pushups with gloves because it feels better.
