What is the difference between color and resistance?

There may not be a difference between colors between this manufacturer and others, but I do water aerobics and they are different.

Submerge with what amount of force?

If you do a regular 30 minute dive you will get a good workout if you submerge underwater and pull yourself out again It takes 40 minutes to work out. Thank you, hopefully that helped.

Can you explain why the colors are different? How heavy is one in the water as compared to the other?

It doesn't matter what they weigh, all of them are the same weight. In the pool, it is a water resistance thing. Depending on your preference, you may prefer one color over another. Whenever she goes to the pool, my wife uses hers.

The handles can be added with "weights." Is this possible?

I would recommend buying ones that are heavier instead.

The results are better than I could have ever (plus! Also updated! The box they were in looked so light that I assumed it was empty when I picked it up! In any case, it takes strength to submerge this under water

The new ones work great so far! I have only been using them for a few days but they are really useful! When I first started weight training, I used two pieces of a big, broken pool noodle. I preferred something more substantial, but they definitely did the job. It was a good move starting with noodles, because I am not sure I would have been able to do more than 5 repetitions without them. It's so great to have them together! * * *UPDATE I now use them almost everyday for the third time (as nearly every time as I used them for the first!) They are still excellent! I was really surprised at how well they held up! This is one of the best companies out there!.

I'm very happy with how it works for my senior dog

One of these is being used by my senior dog to hold while she does her therapy swims. The way she holds her nose up above the water helps. A therapy pool that I made was even purchased by the owner of the pool for use with other dogs in the facility!.

The quality of the product is superb

Even after the most rigorous workouts everything stays intact, and I get an AMAZING workout even when the ends do not pop off. How excited I am that the ends do not pop off and that I can stay in the pool and dive for them without having to go swimming all over the pool. I am very happy with this product at this.

For Aqua Aerobics, this is a must have

The Aqua Class I attend two days a week is very enjoyable for me. A shortage of weights is always a problem. Love them! I got them as a gift. It is better to use these since there is space. While still getting a great workout without leaving your arms sore. Flowing through the water, they do not clog it up. They were purchased by two other women after I brought them in.

It has been 4 months since I started using them I am away for five days. I really like these. It has been 4 months since I started using them The group has been meeting five days a week since six weeks ago. There has been a beginning of toning. My weight has dropped drastically, and I am feeling fantastic. I have no complaints about them. They are well designed and perform well. Deliveries within a short time frame.

I had a significant enhancement in my water aerobics

My expectation was to get some resistance in the water, but I didn't expect as much as I got! When I use them for leg work, they give my arms a good workout, and I can also use them for balancing. I have used them up to 3x a week in the water for over a month, and for the most part they have held up well. The pair I bought my mother was so much fun that she bought her own. I can tell that they have significantly improved my water aerobics, and in the event that these break or do not hold up, I will purchase another set.

This is a very light weight device that is As for the first time I used them, I decided to try a YouTube video of water aerobics and gave it about 30 minutes of my time. Our sister and I felt like we had just completed a full one-hour workout after we got out of the pool. What a great idea!.
