That's strange because I bought two sets for the same price.
They are my favorite. They appear to be the same type of resistance, in my opinion. If they are similar in design but have a different color scheme. Weight systems vary from company to company. Some people use the terms "light," "medium," and "heavy." Others say 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or even more pounds. It's difficult to make a comparison. Increasing resistance does not make you fitter, but it does make you stronger.
The weight is labeled differently by different brands. Some are light, medium, or heavy, while others weigh between 2,4,6,8, and 10 pounds. Mine, I'm not sure about, but I really like them. It didn't matter what weight I was lifting as long as I was building muscle, according to a personal trainer. The goal is to create resistance that isn't too difficult to overcome.
Blue was the color of the ones I purchased. I'm not sure if the resistance factor is different in each case. My resistance, on the other hand, isn't light.

It's entertaining and gets me to work out in the pool. When I received the notification that they had been delivered, I was disappointed to discover that they were not waiting for me outside my front door. It's easy to find my location. That must not be the case. Also, I assumed the order would only contain a pair of items. I was pleasantly surprised to receive two pairs- Yes, there were four of them. When I reread the order, it stated that, but I was still under the impression that the order was for two of them rather than two pairs. This improved the price even more.
These weights fell apart in week one, with one of the end caps falling out. In week two, the second one fell apart. br>I bought these for my daughter's birthday and just gave them to her, but I missed the return window.
These are what I use in my community pool for water workout classes. They perform admirably and appear to be in good condition. I really like the color, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. The bar between the ends is wide enough for my husband's larger hands while being comfortable for mine. A set with more resistance may be preferable for people who want a more intense workout, but they are ideal for me.
I couldn't wait to get my hands on them. One was broken when I opened the box, and I needed them for class the next day.
I use these for water aerobics and they've held up well over the last year. They'd be better for a woman, but a man would need something heavier.
