$81 is, in my opinion, an error. I'm not sure how much I paid for two dumbbells, but it wasn't nearly as much as that.
Yes, each weight is sold in a pair of dumbbells.
The weights are appealing to me - They have a firm grip on the situation. My only complaint is that the weight's'sides' are a little small, and when I'm doing one-handed weights on the floor, it tends to roll.

The coating makes gripping the weight a breeze. These were way overpriced because the company took advantage of the Covid 19 lockdown to raise the price; it's so sad to see businesses do this when people are losing their jobs.
Wrapped dumbbells are my preference over metal dumbbells, but there aren't many options for a 17-pounder. The weight is 5 lbs. Despite some reviews claiming the grip was too thick, I decided to give these a try. I figured I'd be fine based on the circumference and the size of my palm (7" wrist to middle finger tip). But I can't seem to get a firm grasp on the situation. Because the weight is cradled, it was possible to do overhead presses. But I couldn't get a good grip on deadlifts or other lifts. That grip size might work for a lighter weight, but it didn't work for this heavier weight. I sent it back and replaced it with a Rep Fitness metal grip dumbbell. This is fantastic.
5 lbs, but it took a long time to locate them. Without reading reviews, I saw these and purchased them. I was ecstatic because they didn't smell like a lot of rubber-coated hex dumbbells do when you open the box. I used these for a leg workout today and discovered that I can barely wrap my fingers around them, and they were slipping out of my hands after about 10 minutes because neoprene is slicker than CAP dumbbells when sweating. I'm 5'3" and have a normal grip (possibly on the large side, given that my fingers can match those of my 6' male friends). For smaller hands, the grip is simply too large. Unless you have a very strong grip, keep looking. Then I strongly advise you to try them because they do not stink!.
These 12 pound weights were purchased for my wife, and the grip diameter is quite large, especially for weights of this size. Too Big. They're both slightly smaller than 1 3/4 inches in diameter: With calipers, it measures 70" in length. The grip has the same diameter all the way around. My wife thinks it's too big, and I think it's too big. I measured all of our other dumbbell weights, which totaled about 14 sets, and included neoprene, vinyl, and steel with weights ranging from 3 to 35 pounds. The grips on all of them were smaller than the ones on these weights. One was the tiniest. The smallest was 1" in diameter (approximately an inch and a quarter"), while the largest was 1. 5", but even these were only big in the middle and got smaller as they got closer to the ends to fit our hands better. br>br>Aside from that, they appear to be well made, and the weights on my digital 20lb scale appear to be accurate enough. br>br>Additional information: I recently received the 8 pound coated weights from the same company. With a diameter of 1 3/8" and a grip size of 1 3/8", these are a good choice. a size that is comparable to the rest of my body weight.
These dumbbells were purchased to fill in the gaps between my existing dumbbells, which were manufactured by a different company. These three new dumbbell pairs arrived in double-boxed cardboard boxes, wrapped in plastic. The dumbbells were delivered in perfect condition, on time, and without any flaws or damage. I have a high-end precision scale, so I decided to weigh the dumbbells to see how close they were to the advertised weight. The only drawback I can think of for some customers is that the grip is quite thick. These grips are perfect for me because I wear men's "large" size gloves. My index finger just brushes up against the tip of my thumb as I wrap my hand around the grip. A slimmer grip may be preferred by someone with small hands. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase and grateful for the opportunity to supplement my existing dumbbell set.
The 10- They sent me an 11-pound set instead of the pound set I ordered because it was apparently unavailable. set of poundage That was fine because I discovered it was no longer available on Amazon and had an Unknown Availability in the Future. They are, in fact, back in stock, but only until May 26th - Approximately two months following the delivery of the baby. This was revealed to me two weeks after they arrived. I'm in the process of completing a transaction with the seller. I'll sing their praises if everything goes well. I'll be very disappointed if it doesn't work out. Any reputable "brick and mortar" store would be delighted to assist you. The only way to find out is to wait. I intend to return. Because of the neoprene, the product is durable and provides a good grip. You don't have to be concerned about dropping them due to sweaty hands. The dimensions are good, and the hex ends make stacking a breeze. The different colors make it easy to distinguish between the different weights (3, 5, 8, and 10) on the scale.
I'm not sure if it's ever been used before. This is a fantastic product, but I'm not sure why they arrived in such poor condition, as if they'd been used before. I'll be back to get a newer set. They also don't appear to have arrived in this state as a result of mail handling. I'm hoping the second set is in better shape, as shown in the photos.
I'm surprised no one in the reviews mentioned it. I have XL men's hands, and the bars on these are quite large, despite being well-coated and comfortable. My wife is unable to wrap her arms around them. They're strange because the bar thickness isn't the same as other dumbells. I can get them to work, but they're a little awkward to use.
