IBPS MCAS NCAS These are so bad that I would rate them a zero. You should avoid them at all costs. Both weights feel unsteady and shaky since I just received them today! It feels like the casing is broken inside! The waves could have seriously injured me if I hadn't seen this in time. This video shows you how. Besides the poor quality of packaging, I will also mention that the product was of poor quality. I picked up the box and was surprised by how mobile the weights were inside the box, since there was little or no support inside. In my opinion, the weights have probably been broken during shipment.

The weights have been a great help to my wife in getting back in shape.
