This exercise tool has far exceeded my expectations. I have been using it for a while and I must say it exceeds much of my expectations. I am surprised that this tool actually works on all parts of my body, including my chest, abdomen, triceps, pectorals, legs, etc. , the whole body. It is lightweight, but its unique design produces counterforce resistance for me to exercise different muscle groups effectively. The first time I showed it to my wife, she looked down on it, but now she uses it regularly! A comprehensive instruction manual and pictures are included with the tool.
