The belt and pouch have a soft material, which I really like. A pouch comes with two sides with zippers. I put my phone in one side and cards/cash in the other. I put it under my shirt and it lies flat. I am a female, but I don't want to carry my purse everywhere as I believe The ideal solution is to use this method. I can easily hold everything I need in this bag, it's not large enough to be a fanny pack. You can even plug in your earphones. I don't understand what the free gift is but it looks really good. It's a great purchase. I'm satisfied with it.

My dog and I purchased this in summer so I could wear it while walking. Whenever I did not have pockets, I needed a pouch to hold my phone and poo bags, etc. The application does exactly what it is meant to do, so I am not complaining about it. I find it rather annoying that they seem to advertise the great benefit of the divider, but it doesn't really benefit me, and I prefer to use the divider without it. I appreciate the features that make this product so useful, but I would have been disappointed if I had wanted to carry more than my phone in it. Due to its thinness and flatness, I can sort of wear it under my shirt but still conceal This sweater has a gray color and tiny pockets that appeal to me. The little side pockets hold a poo bag and maybe a chapstick or key (not sure what the purpose of the side pockets is). There is a keyring for latching your keys, but it doesn't seem very useful for a keychain this size. Briefly, the following is true If you want to have a bigger fanny pack to bring on vacation, this may not be the best option for you. I have used it for work and the benefits have been great. I am very impressed with how nicely it stretches and how comfortable it is. When my shirt is over it, you can't even tell it's there, but when I store money, my phone, and pens inside it, you can't tell anything's inside.
