My only complaint is that it is hard to keep As with most people, I have big hips and a small waist, so where I wanted it on my hips kept sliding into my stomach. After I dropped my running jacket, I shut it up and tied the arms over the belt so that it wouldn't fall off.

THE UPDATE IS As a result of the excellent customer support provided by Dimok, I have increased my rating to four stars. As soon as I wrote the review, the company reached out and offered me a replacement pouch, which was delivered promptly. This package has many features I like as I noted in my previous review, so I was looking forward to giving it another try. My warranty was amended to include the correction of the manufacturing error. It was sadly the same stitching failure on the replacement. I was able to catch the zipper pull just before it came off this time, so I did a home repair and reinforced where the zipper meets the belt. If you are handy with a needle and thread, I highly recommend you do this as a precaution. reinforce it at some point with grommets so that it is more reliable. pack, and I hope that the design can be altered so that this kind of failure doesn't happen again. The case isn't something that I use every day since I'm worried about its weak spot, but on rainy days I use it to keep my phone dry and in good condition. The belt is a shame that it doesn't comply with higher quality standards, as it is not made with higher quality materials. The stitching of one of the primary seams of this hiking pack came undone after only about two weeks of light use. I am a daily jogger who often falls apart. The small pouch has failed to hold on to Velcro after three weeks of using. The first thing I noticed was that the Velcro failed to grip. Many times I was almost unable to find my keys. On the phone pouch, one of the seams began to unravel. In spite of the belt being constantly adjusted, I found the belt kept getting loose around my waist. In the end, the adjustment on the strap did not stay in place. There has been no other option. After using my phone daily for about 3 weeks, I was jogging this evening when I tried to zip up my phone. The zipper just came off in my hand. The item will be returned to you.

I'm very happy with this purchase. This size holds about as much as I needed (I can fit my iPhone plus a small snack in it). The best part is that the strap is thick and it doesn't bounce when you walk.
