The thin heel measures approximately 1 inch in length. It appears to be much taller thanks to the chunky trim.
In these, I ordered my usual size 7 and did not go up a 1/2 size as recommended for sneakers. These sneakers are roomy and don't feel constrictive on my feet.
If you're able, go down a half-size. I usually wear a size 7, so I ordered a size 7, but they are a little big.
Yes, without a doubt! I've been wearing it to work for weeks now, and it's helped me a lot with my foot fatigue.

Die on the fifth down. If you prefer a more snug fit, order a half size down. If you prefer your sneaker to be a little looser, order a size up. I'm usually a size 5. I was given a 5 and told to order one. Also, these sneakers were a little stiff when they arrived, and I was worried they wouldn't fit, but after one wear, they loosened up just right. These sneakers are comfortable and supportive, and they've quickly become a favorite of mine. jogging shoes are a good example of this. I've noticed that these are less tight around the ankles and shins than my adidas NMDs!.
I took the advice of others and ordered a half size smaller. They are comfortable to wear while remaining roomy. It is extremely light. I'm not a runner, and I'm not going to start now. I don't do anything but walk. These will be ideal for the warmer months. They don't have the same thick and cushioned sole as my Skechers, but I'm hoping they'll last at least a mile on a hot day. I went with the off-white color. I'm also going to put in an inner sole for added cushioning because I like them.
I had hoped to be able to wear these while working out based on the reviews. I only do indoor workouts, but they are HIIT, which means a lot of jumping and running in place, among other things. br>They are comfortable, but not designed for jumping around. I chose to keep them because they are adorable and will be ideal for running errands this summer. br>I'm an 8M and these were a little too big for me. That said, I can wear these without socks if I cinch the laces tight enough, and they don't rub or fall off.
They are a little on the large side. Because I wear thick socks, I don't mind if they're a little big.
I'm a solid size 8 and based on the majority of reviews, I went down a half size because many people said they stretched after the first few wears. The 7 has a good vibe to it. 5 It's a little tight, but not too tight. I've only worn them around the house so far because Texas is currently experiencing rain and thunderstorms, and I don't want to ruin them, but they feel like walking on clouds and are extremely comfortable. I feel like I could walk around Universal Studios or Disneyland all day (in other words, hours of walking/standing) and be fine, which is saying a lot considering I'm pregnant! All of that being said, I believe I would have been fine in a size 8; I suppose it's ultimately up to you and how much extra room you prefer inside your shoes at any given time. I will be purchasing the all black pair soon. When it comes to working out or running in these, keep in mind that they're knit sneakers, so they're not as supportive as a typical running shoe. They do, however, provide excellent ventilation for your feet! I'd probably only use them for light workouts and walking, not for long runs, but that's just me.
I spend a lot of time on my feet, and these provide excellent support and comfort. The shoes are extremely light and airy, ensuring that your feet do not become overheated. I'm going to buy another pair in a different color as soon as possible.
I bought these for our family trip to Disney World, hoping they'd be airy, light weight, and supportive. br>They were terrible for support, and my toe nail rubbed to the point of falling off on both feet.
I have tendonitis in my feet, so I have to experiment with all new shoes. These are well-made and will fit comfortably. Because of the way the laces are designed, they can be tightened for narrow feet and adjusted for thicker socks. They do run large, as other reviews have stated. You can, however, make them fit by lacing them!.
