I couldn't decide on a size. I'm a 42 D and ordered the extra large size; it's a little snug, but I like the way it feels and it doesn't bounce when I exercise, so I've ordered more since the first order.
I'd probably go for something in the middle. I'm a 38D, and an XL is the right size for me.
For a snug fit, go with a medium.
Yes; It's also a set of pads that can be removed.

Fit and comfort are as expected for $10 per bra, but the fabric hold isn't ideal for intense workouts where you need to keep the "girls" in place, in my opinion. I'm a 36C with pancakes (thanks, kids), so I think I'd need some extra support to run long distances and keep everything from flopping. however, I'm still doing my 2-hour run. These would be fine for 3 miles because the fabric is light and allows the skin to breathe. THE BAD: br>br> The insert pads are the ONLY part of these bras that I don't like. The pads that cover the entire surface area are my favorite. These pads look like lactation milk pads, and I'm afraid they'll show through in tight-fitting workout shirts.
Sports bras are usually too small for me, so I have to buy bigger ones. When I wear them, I want to feel at ease and not like I'm being strangled. I usually order three sizes larger in sports bras (I'm a S and usually order an XL!). However, the sizing on these is generous, and the XL was too big for me (though it would be a good lounging/sleep bra in that condition). I chose the L because it makes me feel safe but also at ease. br>The fabric was my biggest issue. The white and black colors are lovely and soft, but the other colors, particularly the grey, are made of a rough and itchy material. When it comes in contact with the skin, it feels like sandpaper. I tried washing it to soften it and even soaking it in vinegar, but the fabric remained stiff and rough. It can't be worn. I would suggest only using white or black. I'm hoping for a re-release by Amazon. I'm thinking of the colored fabric because I'd like to get more of these!.
Make sure you get the right size; I went with the XL, which is a size bigger. And while I almost always order a size up, this brand runs a little smaller than other well-known brands. I'm 5'9" and have a long body from shoulder to waist, so I wanted the bra to fit properly below my breasts and from my shoulders, as shown in these photos. I recently purchased some other sports bras from a well-known company that were twice the price, with slightly better quality but not twice as good. I'm going to buy some more!.
Because these were only ten dollars each, I didn't have high hopes for them. But, on the whole, I'm pleased. They're soft and comfortable, and they're a good fit! If it helps anyone else having trouble with sports bras (I'm not sure if this is common or not, but I've always had issues with XLs being too loose on the band part and under the arm pit, but too small in the front area, and Ls being too tight all around or WAY too small in the front area if it fits everywhere else), the XL comfortably fit a size 38G. br>br>As described, they are a light support. I ended up ordering two more pairs after falling in love with the first ones.
Unfortunately, the fabric is too light and flimsy to provide much support; I guess I prefer a firmer hug, because the support level in these bras feels more akin to a lounge bra. The pads looked strange and obvious, so I pulled them out (as I usually do), but this made the bra worse because they provided the only minimal structure. Without them, the bra felt even flimsier, and while I don't have particularly prominent nipples, the fabric is too thin to provide much modesty, and there was far too much show-through. a little too much for my taste I'll continue my search for a more substantial pullover bra than this one. br>I am slim and technically a 28D/30C, but in commonly available sizes, 34B is usually the closest approximation. In tops, I usually wear a small, and I bought this bra in the same size. I found the sizing to be accurate, though some reviews stated that the length was a little short, which I understand (I'm tall). ish).
br>Excellent value for money!! I strongly suggest it!.

It's cheap, it's comfortable, and it does the job. I'm a small 34C and ordered a Medium, which is just right.
