A 10 year old didn't even fit in one of them The year is My daughter is old enough to drive. It is estimated that she is 5'1" and weights 140 pounds. She wore them right under her belly button so they weren't high waisted. In order for them to fit the way they should, I have to buy another pair in a larger size. The first pair I bought did not fit very well, so I hope that these will. After returning the first item, I'm going to have to buy it again but this time.
