The hula hoop is a great workout tool

The hulahoop is very sturdy, and I was very surprised about this. When I opened the package and saw there were eight pieces, I was skeptical. I wish I'd done my homework before I opened the package. To be honest, I thought it wouldn't hold up but it did. I was surprised. Despite its size, it is highly durable. Although it can be disassembled, it will require some hand strength since it's meant to be sturdy and put together. There is no cheap connector that will easily break apart, and the press-on connectors are not the cheap kind that will easily fall apart. The foam construction on the outside is very nice, it's soft, it keeps the hulahoop from sliding on your clothing during exercise, and it makes it comfortable for arm exercises, as well.

A start is always a good start

The first thing I need to do is get my daughter to teach me how to hula hoop again (I'm 55 now, so I've forgotten over the years), but I'm thinking it'll be a wonderful Moreover, I get to spend extra time with her as she teaches me, so I gain more time with her.
