Questions & Answers

This is a cross-section of I'm not fussed about the style of my trainers. I'd like to know if these are suitable for crossfit. Please, if there are any athletes out there who can vouch for this, please let me know. ?

These shoes are ideal for crossfit, long shifts at work, long periods of standing, health care workers, and as workout shoes.

Are the front seats comfortable and cushioned? I'm afraid it's a little too thin in the front?

In the front, they are quite narrow. Because my foot is thin, the front of the shoe may be too tapered if you prefer a more boxy fit. In that regard, they did not bother me, but I prefer my shoes to be snug.

I usually wear a size 7, but they're a little tight and the wides are out of stock; would a size 7 work? Could the number 5 be excessively large?

I believe you would be satisfied with a score of 7. Because the 7 was too small and you also require a wide, the number 5 may be the best option for you. I hope I'm not giving any bad advice; I adore my job.

DC's are a size 8 for me. In terms of pumas, what size would be best?

Wear a size 6 shoe. 5 in other tennis shoes that are the same size and fit perfectly!

This is an excellent cross-training shoe, particularly for those who require stability
5/5

Puma shoes are my first purchase, and I am in love with them. I'm 5'6" tall and weigh 135 pounds, and I work out for about an hour every day, alternating between aerobics and cross training. I'm a size eight. These were true to size and roomy in the toe box, which is important because I am a medium width and my feet are just shy of a wide. If you've never worn cross trainers before, you may find them strange at first. The platform is extremely stable, almost to the point where you can't move your foot from side to side, which is a huge plus if you're like me and walk with your feet outward. It's also useful in cross-training classes that require quick side-to-side movements. You'll be firmly planted on the ground thanks to these. br>br>At first glance, they appear to be quite heavy, but they are actually quite light and well-made. You either like or dislike the way you look when you're on your feet. They make my feet appear larger, particularly in width, but this does not bother me in the least. It is well worth the money for the convenience. I usually wear running tights, which emphasizes how wide my legs are. If you're wearing yoga pants, it won't be an issue. br>br>I wish they were available in a wider range of colors, but - It is well worth the money for the convenience. br>br>I haven't used these outside and have no plans to, so I can't comment on that. I wear them to HIIT, boxing, and boot camp classes at the gym. I've used them on the treadmill, cross trainer, and elliptical, among other machines. Overall, I am pleased with them and plan to purchase them again.

THE BEST ARCH SUPPORT IN THE HISTORY OF ARCH SUPPORT! I wasn't expecting these shoes to be so form fitting, especially since I'm a size 8
5/5

I'm a size 5 and should've gotten a size 9, but I adore them! Prior to purchasing these, I was suffering from excruciating pain in the arch of my right foot all of the time, and Puma has me SOLD! This is my first pair of Puma shoes, and the arch support is fantastic. The toe area is a little narrow, and breaking them in has been a little difficult, but I don't regret purchasing them, and I will purchase them and other Puma styles again if the need arises! Great for walking, especially since I have chronic back pain and walking in basic shoes while in pain is difficult. It's been a lot better since then!.

I needed shoes that could do both, because changing shoes halfway through a workout was becoming tedious
3/5

These get the job done in a big way. First and foremost, these run true to size for me; I usually wear a size 7 in Nike running shoes, but after reading other reviews, I ordered these in a size 7. The 7. The 5's were excessively long and sloppy in general. The 7's were exactly what I needed. br>I do kickboxing once a week and full-body HIIT-style weightlifting workouts three times a week (main lift, followed by supersets). I needed shoes that could do both, because changing shoes halfway through a workout was becoming tedious. These get the job done in a big way. The sole is stiff and firm enough for squats and deadlifts, while the shock absorption is adequate for HIIT workouts. These are better than my converse for squatting! br>However, I was forced to remove the stars due to two factors. First, there's the toe-up. It's a small box. Because of this, I can't spread my toes at all and don't feel very stable when doing kickboxing or other cardio exercises that require jumping. They're also extremely hot. They don't even take a breath. I'm about halfway through my workout and I'm ready to rip them off my feet. This is a huge deal for me. I will not be keeping them because they are a deal breaker.

I bought them for the looks, but I'm in love with how comfortable they are! These shoes are absolutely stunning
5/5

I was initially concerned that they would be bulky and difficult to wear because I work long shifts and am on my feet all day! My feet didn't hurt, my back didn't hurt, and my toes weren't numb any longer after just a few minutes of wearing these shoes. I can't express how important a good pair of shoes is to your overall health! They provide excellent support, are light in weight despite their appearance, and are extremely comfortable! I'm in love with these shoes and plan to buy more as soon as my next paycheck arrives. I strongly advise you to follow my lead!.

FAVORITE SNEAKER has a new look! This is a shoe that I adore
5/5

It's the perfect fit. Even with my prolapsed arches, I get a lot of support. Wear them all day if you're going to be walking a lot. It's a charcoal gray in color. They're absolutely fantastic! I'm an 8 and ordered an 8 and it's perfect! I'm thinking of getting another pair in a different color! Excellent value for money.

Overpronation is a thing of the past
4/5

I've tried a lot of different athletic shoes, but I've never been able to get rid of the cramps in my feet and toes. My feet appeared to be overpronated, according to a trainer at my gym. He recommended that I consult a podiatrist and consider getting orthotics for my shoes. Meanwhile, I went online and looked up the best shoes for overpronation, and these Pumas were among the top ten. These were the ones I went with because they were reasonably priced and looked cute. I usually wear a nine, so that's what I ordered, but they're about a half-size larger than I'd like. However, since I've been wearing them, I haven't had any cramping in my feet, which happens during all exercises, so hopefully that continues.

I'm going to buy more
5/5

It was better than I had anticipated. They have a fantastic appearance. Shoes that fit my feet are extremely difficult to come by. My heels are narrow, and my feet are small. These Puma's are not only comfortable, but they also help me get through the day at work without experiencing heel pain.

Safe, affordable, and comfortable are three words that come to mind when describing our accommodations
5/5

My review is not for sale, end of story. I appear to be in a shoe-related situation. I'm in the middle of a buying spree right now, which is unusual for me. These are a perfect fit for me, as I usually wear a 6M. I absolutely adore the gel sole inserts, which are both fashionable and functional. I wore them out the other day toward the end of the day walking around the neighborhood, and as it began to get dark, I noticed headlights reflecting off the yellow PUMA on the shoe (on the toe and tongue). Despite the fact that I was on the sidewalk, the cars were reacting and moving away from me. It's great to have some safety features built into a pair of shoes that you didn't expect. I spent every penny I had on these shoes, and they are fantastic for active walking and going to the gym.
