My wrist is 7" and the small band is plenty big for me. I'm sure the small will be fine for you as well.

However, there are some issues. The era of complicated things (menus within menus, pull-down menus, There are downs and pop-ups Shipping, etc. ) it was refreshing to purchase an item that was so well-made and easy-to-use. Designed for easy use and designed to look good. In my case, I purchased the wristband to monitor my pulse rate while exercising (at my doctor's recommendation) and to get a rough idea of how far I walk on a daily basis. The watch is not as accurate as those sold for thousands of dollars (GPS models), but it matches my needs perfectly for the price I paid. The only complaints I have (after using it for about a month) are Sometimes I need to position the wristband precisely over my wrist four or five times before I am able to get a pulse reading (the watch has to be positioned exactly over my wrist) and the end of the wristband will move around because it is looped. As long as it fulfills my needs, I am happy. A watch like this is not suitable for someone seeking absolute precision However, if you do not want to spend a lot of money and just want to monitor your pulse and walk distance to give you a general idea of how you're doing, I think this watch is fine. *p. I posted my glowing review of the watch and the right side of the screen went out the next day (i. e. There is no last digit on either readout). The device I have is less than a month old and has been well taken care of Neither did I drop it nor did I hit something with it). As one in a long line of "made-in-china" products, I guess this is still another There are several disappointments with China I'm fine, thanks It is well designed, but poorly made.
Several years ago, I had this watch I later switched to the Copper Fit Tracker. It's amazing how good it feels to be I found this to be so simple to install Everything runs smoothly, and you get to see all the various functions in one view. It's just that my watch measures in kilograms and centimeters, and I haven't figured out how to change to pounds and inches yet. This purchase has made me extremely happy. As for how long the battery lasts, we'll have to see. A) I hope it lasts.
Over the last decade, I've had a Smart Health product, and it finally I bought the Smart Health watch for its water resistance alone, but even that is not bad. The method the Smart Health watch uses for heart rate is as responsive, accurate (checked against my blood pressure monitor), and fast. All the digits seem to be correct for the number of pieces counted. There is a distance between us. As of right now, I think the reading is There is a weak battery in it, so I docked one star. Despite the fact that all functions functioned, the HR system My HR is now much improved after I replaced the battery ( fortunately, I had lots of these 50 cent items available). The stock is probably old, which means the battery may not last as long as it should. Nonetheless, I am loving it, and I would have bought it at $30 or more.
My experience with this tool has been very simple and very useful so far. The one I chose meets my requirements since I didn't want a lot of gizmos or something difficult to use. Easy to set up, easy to use. Appear to be accurate (although you need to set it correctly to AM/PM or you'll I learned from this experience. Although I don't wear watches usually, I do wear a hand watch when I do because I'm not used to digital watches. So, for someone not used to digital watches, this shouldn't be a problem. My favorite thing about the heart rate monitor is that I can see the rate quickly. Furthermore, it tells you how many steps you've taken, how many miles you've traveled (or whatever you choose), how many calories you've burnt, and other things I probably haven't yet figured out. It's just for the pedometer and heart rate (I'm only interested in it for the data). This watch is great for the water resistance, but I don't like the rubber band because my wrist doesn't really fit it well. It's rubberized (which is great for sweat, etc), but the watch bends in a way that doesn't really fit my wrist There are no problems with it, but it isn't As a rule, I purchase 8 inch bracelets, and this fits just fine (though I wear it on the last link since I don't like them too Unless you happen to be someone who wants something that can do double duty as a chauffeur, this is definitely worth a look.
That's not the case with customer service! In reality, the item showed up within a few days of my order, so I was very pleased with it. There was one feature (heart rate function) that did not function correctly. In order to resolve my issue, I called the company's customer service department, who was friendly and responsive. I sent them the item back, which they directed me to do. ((I sent it back at my expense, although I thought it should have been their expense since it was I did it Using tracking data, I was able to inform them that it had been received within three business days The week is 4 days long. My returned watch was supposed to arrive within two weeks, but failed to arrive. I called customer service again for help, and three days later I received a call saying that my watch would be The holdup was (What was the problem? took another ten days after that for it to reach me. It took almost a month for the replacement transaction to be completed. While the new one works fine, during the time it took me to return it, I became frustrated at what appears to be a lackadaisical approach to customer service. Are the "slackers" handling the problem, or is their return system set up so it is slow? My replacement watch has only been in my possession for a few days, so I haven't had time to test it out thoroughly. There is certainly hope that the solution is more efficient and accurate than the troubleshooting of the company.
My sister loved my watch, and since she is not very techy (or her husband), I decided to order her one that is just like mine. I have had mine several years and thought it would be difficult People who are not tech savvy might find this item to be a good match for them.
There are so many features I like about the watch. A full 6 months later, the battery died and when I replaced it, it was no longer there. I tried it with two different brand new batteries, but it didn't I got a blank screen and nothing happened. Though the battery wasn't expensive, I expected to be able to replace it with a new one and be able to use it!.
