It is the third one I have purchased. One of them was worn out, and I accidentally put the other one in the dryer and washer This also caused the program to shut down. My favorite feature of this style is that it fits in my pocket and only measures the steps I take when I walk or exercise. You have to program it to your height, etc. I know there can be more programming done, but I only want a limited daily count.
Omron pedometers are in my memories since I used one for several The first time it came out was in 2013 but I waited until this year to buy it. It has so far proved just as good and easy to use as the original. The app does not have a mode to tell how many steps I take per minute (how many steps per second). The fact that I used it to assess my performance makes me sad since I used it to gauge my progress. Several health issues are under my skin, so I knew when I was getting better or worse by this. Over the last 7 years, the price has gone up from $20 to $31, a significant increase. It is my hope that this one will last as long as its predecessor.
