Is a warranty included if the item is bought ?

Though I doubt it, I have no idea. Buying a new one was the best decision I ever made. Those features would be missing from a used one.

Sister, you need to move! The pedometer I wore was just a way to keep track of how much I walked while I worked
5/5

There is a great deal to it. My intention is to wear it as much as I can when doing chores and gardening now that I am retired. The amount of time is not great. So, this is going to be more of a reality check for me to exercise more often. It's the perfect place to walk as my husband has cut a path around our acreage and I don't have to worry about traffic or other dogs bothering me, other than my dogs, who love to accompany me on walks so they can check out the animals who visit after hours. I find that this pedometer is about as accurate as any other I've tried. It's easy to attach (I find it most effective to place it just above my thigh bone), turn it on, and set it In the past, I counted out 100 steps to see how accurate it was, and I found that it was only off 2 to 5 steps. Since I am not a fanatic about each and every step, this works well In addition, it can also motivate me to get more moving once I realize that I'm not exactly setting any On the whole, I would suggest that the device is a good little measurement device for the money.

It is an inexpensive pedometer that is very accurate

ACCUSPLT AE120XL Pedometer, Steps Only*This pedometer comes complete with an installed lithium battery The only thing to buy is this. It is recommended to use a battery that lasts at least five "***" - You can only control the game by pressing If you press this, the counter goes back Every morning, I get up and do the same thing. "***" - You do this every time you walk or jog, counting from 1 to 99999. It then starts counting all over again. You can go about fifty miles with that! "***" - A clip and two additional clips attach the attached 6" leash to your clothing. The clip is built into the unit to secure it to your belt or waistband. The purpose of these belt clips is to stop the unit from hitting the floor if it falls off your belt. I wear my pedometer every day and it's never fallen off. To achieve the most accurate reading, the instructions state where you should position it on your waist. There have been times when it registered too low by as much as Make sure the reading is correct, walk 100 steps, and then check it once more. There have even been cases where it registered as few Most of the time, the results are right I find that the system is about 90% accurate for me when Depending on the effect of the jolt from your steps and other factors, it could be different for you. "***" - During vertical movement, the unit is only able to register steps Closing the cover completely would be ideal. Because the cover provides protection for the display, this is a good thing. The progress you have made will be visible when you unsnap the cover and look to the lower right. Seeing the digits of the liquid crystal display is easy, as they are 1/2 inch high. As the battery would quickly drain if there is a nightlight, it is not recommended for use at night. The watch is equipped with an internal pendulum that detects the motion caused by walking "***" - The device may be unique to me, but I find it motivates me to walk more by showing how many steps I have "***" - There is a "5-day money back guarantee" if you use AccuSplit In the year under review, no proof was provided. It is a warranty issued by the seller. I'm unsure how they would know the unit has been in service for more than five years without a receipt, and the individual unit does not have a serial number. As a matter of course, if it needs something repaired, the instructions will tell you where to send it, along with your return address and phone number (there is no charge). I can't think of anything better than "***" - Divide the number of steps you took by your average stride to find out how far you walked. As described earlier, I have a stride length of 33" when walking outside at a brisk pace, so 1000 steps equals just over 1/2 mile. 10,000 steps (at 33") equals Just over 50 miles, or 2 olympic marathons, are covered by the counter with its capacity of 99,999 steps. I love this pedometer because it's easy to use, reasonably accurate, unobtrusive, offers a great warranty, and makes me want to become more active. In addition, it is a great bargain for the price.

It Works If You Simplify! The walking I do every day is part of my daily exercise, and I was looking forward to viewing The pedometer in this picture is a simple device
5/5

Immediately after unpacking it, it can be put to use. The user must not program the software in any way. With a clip that clips on an alligator clip attached to it, it can clip and stay in the pocket if it comes loose from your waist band so it doesn't get lost. It only measures the number of steps you take and you can set personal goals as you progress. The button under the display can be pushed to reset the computer. Adults and children alike should check it out. The system works and is easy to use.

A pedometer I have found to be the most accurate
5/5

Since a few months, I have been using one of these to track my daily steps, both as exercise and for keeping track of my activity level just walking around the house, etc. I clip it to my belt or top of pants and have found it to work well. I really like how easy and reliable it is to use. Having tried an Omron pedometer that failed to work as well as the one I purchased here, I went back to the simple one I had before. This product fit my needs so well, that I ordered one for my wife as well.

There are a few minor details to note A slight click can be heard to indicate that a step has been counted. Although this doesn't bother me at all, it might be noticeable in very quiet environments. If you use it for vigorous exercise where the cover latch is likely to be brushed frequently or knocked about, you might want to use a bit of tape to seal it for the time being so it does not get accidentally opened and begin counting. It's a good pedometer, but there shouldn't be any need for that most of the time.

I am sad to hear of the passing of a friend
3/5

It is very disappointing to see the Accusplit AE120XL for sale. This pedometer has been in my collection for over 11 years, and I have been very satisfied with it. They are also a resource I recommend to many of my colleagues. I've never had a pedometer track my steps correctly, and this is the first time that has happened. As far as wearing them is concerned, I know how to do it It is the first one I have been disappointed in. I did not know where to place them. The only problem is that I may not During my trial, I gave it a fair trial and I explained the facts as clearly as I could Now it is too late to come back. We're sorry to hear that.

It is a pedometer made by Quite a nice product
4/5

I purchased it because I trust Accusplit's name brand and I didn't disappoint. A belt clip and the safety strap have a solid clip as a back up in case the gadget falls off your belt. The easy-to-use interface and the black vinyl numbers make it a great choice, and it also has a strong hook for easy hanging on the belt. I gave it four stars instead of five because the case is a hard plastic, but I feel it is still plastic, so it did not get a fifth star. However, in all seriousness, I think this product is great and I would buy it.
