This case fits my new AliveCor KardiaMobile6L (see photos) perfectly. It can also fit my older Kardia ECG, which is a little smaller. The outer case is made of smooth, stiff padding that should keep it safe from harm. The interior, on the other hand, is lacking in soft padding and has a hard surface. coarse. Because there is no band or elastic to keep the Kardia in place, there's a chance it will fall out if I open the case quickly. As a result, I deducted one star. Aside from that, it appears to be a good fit.
IF YOU HAVE MOIST SKIN, THE APP IS EASY TO USE. My skin is very dry, especially in the winter. Most of the time it says "no signal," but with a lick of the fingers or some hand lotion and some repositioning, I can get a weak signal that DOES WORK. For the first time in the month that I've owned the device, and after a long period of hand-washing dishes, it told me I had a good signal! I have never seen it stop recording once it starts with a weak signal. That's excellent news. On a day when I was having trouble sleeping, I used it several times. With an Android phone, the signal is weaker, but it can still be used. When it arrived, I was perplexed because it was in two pieces. The extra part was to stick on the outside of the phone to allow the Kardia device to slide into the bracket on the other side of the phone to attach for a stronger signal, according to Amazon questions and answers. That would be awkward for me, so I haven't tried it, but it seems to work when I sit next to the phone.
NICE CASE, SUPER SAFE FOR TRAVEL. The case is great for carrying my Kardia unit, but I'd feel a lot safer if it had an elastic strap to keep it in place when it's opened. I would have given it five stars if it hadn't been for the fact that it was poorly written.
This is what I'm using until my portable monitor arrives, and I'll keep using it after that. I found the instructions to be far too brief and will look for a more comprehensive user manual online. At the very least, the instructions should have included a link to a detailed user guide.
We weren't sure if it would work for two people because the description didn't say how it was connected to a phone. We created two accounts, one for each phone, and they both worked perfectly. This is an excellent product.
