I don't have a flat stomach, but everything is in proportion. I'm 62 years old, so there's that if it helps. I went with the L because it fits and I don't plan on tucking in a shirt, so I was happy with my decision. But I just went back to get an XL so that if my shirt skootches up, I'll be more comfortable. I'll let you know if the XXL would have been a better choice. The fabric is lovely, and the shape and length are both very flattering. UPDATED! br>br> UPDATE! I cut the skort from the skirt and went for a longer walk. It was hot out, and the dreaded inside leg fabric was riding up, and I was constantly pulling them down as if my crotch was eating them. I'm only wearing the skirt with jockey skimmies underneath now. In an, I purchase the skims. They're an XXL size, so they're light and have no compression, so I'm back on my feet!.

It was, however, significantly longer, reaching just below my knees. I'm 5'8" tall and wear a size 8 or 10 most of the time. After consulting the size chart, I decided on a large (I don't like things that are too snug). However, this skirt was too big in the back and had too much fabric. I like the quality, and the shorts underneath are comfortable, but the length makes it look frumpy.

It's a little above the knee (I'm 5' 5") and has two front pockets, which is ideal. This is the THIRD skirt I've purchased from this brand/on Amazon, and I adore them all. They don't shrink and are extremely comfortable!.

I am 5'8" tall with a 175 pound athletic build. Fit is always a concern for me because I have hops and booty. The big size is ideal. It's not too tight, but it's comfortable, and the compression shorts fit snugly. Short skirts are also a no-no for me. This skirt falls just above my knee, so I'm completely covered. It's cute enough to wear out, but it's also sporty enough to walk around in.

It's very cute and light. It's very relaxing. I do believe, however, that it is a little small. I stand 6 feet tall and weigh 135 pounds. Normally, I wear a small, but this was too small for me. The medium was a lot more comfortable. Also, the shorts under the skirt could be a little longer. They have a slight rise to them.

I bought it for travel, and it's perfect for when I need something a little dressier than shorts. The fabric appears to be of good quality, washes well, and is lined, so you can't see through it. The length is modest (on me, it's knee length, and I'm about 5'5" tall). On me, the fit is perfect. To give you an idea of my size, I'm 125 pounds.
