There is a lot of sweat and he doesn't want to get up

I've only worn it once while working out, and it didn't rise up at all during that time. It stayed put and was a good fit. These sweat shirts are my favorites because they are less noticeable under my clothes and don't move around as much as other sweat bands. Although I haven't worn it much, I believe it is something I would recommend.

It's a great way to get a good sweat going

I'm 5'7" and 140 pounds, and a size medium worked well for me. I layer the vest over my sports bra and use it to work up a good sweat while doing cardio or weight lifting. When doing activities like yoga or plyometrics, the bottom tends to bunch up. I'm wary of the zipper because it feels cheap, and I don't want to break it. However, after two weeks, it's been a fantastic addition to my workout routine!.

I like that it made me sweat ten times more than before, which doesn't mean I lost weight, but it did help me sweat more. I really liked how the top of the zipper has a hook right under the breast. It aids in the maintenance of the vest. when you're working out Because it had an odor, you'll need to air it out before wearing it.

I really like this sweatshirt

The inside of the vest's lining heats up my workout much more than regular waist trimmer material. The vest isn't particularly bulky, so it blends in well with most outfits. I think the pullover style would be better for sweating because it's a tighter fit, but I like how the zipper makes it easy to put on. This is a great way to make your workouts more intense.

It's very relaxing. Just to be safe, I purchased a Large vest, which fit perfectly. The vest provides excellent support and is simple to clean. I've tried other sellers' neoprene zip vests, and this one is much more comfortable!.
