This bra (38G) gives me a lot of bounce. The Glamorise no bounce sports bra is the only one that allows me to jog 3 miles without bouncing. I tried this one at the gym and quickly realized that all I needed to do was walk on a slight incline.
Nope. Your nipples may show through, but because it isn't padded, it doesn't add any size to your chest, which may be a plus for you (as it is for me).
Even though I'm a 38 DDD, I lost 100 pounds and found that if you pull your breast toward the middle of the cup, you'll have nice cleavage and no spillage. These bras are extremely well-made and are well worth the money. My boobs would be halfway down my stomach if I didn't have it. I've worn underwire bras before, but these are the most comfortable I've ever had.
This bra has adjustable straps and is a sports bra. This type of bra should provide you with the necessary support.

boob. Nordstrom charges $20 more for this bra. But seriously, if you're staring at this bra at 3 a. m. with a glass of wine and debating whether or not to buy it, you should. GET IT. Stop shopping while inebriated on the internet; it's bad for your health. However, once you've purchased this bra, you can resume your exercise routine. You won't be awakened at 3 a. m. by insomnia this way. AND it won't hurt your boobs. I'm very pleased with this bra and am considering purchasing another in a different color. It empowers and separates my daughters, which is incredible and makes me feel like a superhero.
This sports bra is absolutely fantastic. I'm a 32H, which is a notoriously difficult size to find in a sports bra, let alone any bra. Not joking, I have ten of these. They are well worth the money.
- The sizing is identical to that of a standard bra. br>br>- The exoskeleton-style underwire may appear strange at first, but it serves a useful purpose. You have my complete support. You are perfectly separated and there is no slipping out the bottom. There won't be any sweaty university students here. boob.
- The lift is perfect. If only all of my bras had the same lovely silhouette. In fact, I frequently use this sports bra as a t-shirt. As other ladies have mentioned, it lifts and shapes so well that you end up living in it, and I wear it a lot when I'm menstruating and my breasts hurt with every movement. Then I say a quick prayer to the bra gods, begging them to grant the designer of this bra a place in heaven!
- The unusual straps initially irritated me, but I soon realized that the fact that this bra does not have the typical sliding adjustable straps is why it works so well. During my workout, my lady bits would yank them out of place. The hook secures the straps in place and prevents them from moving. I've learned to take my time putting it on so I can neatly tuck the ends under the straps (I use the shortest setting so I have the most to tuck away), but once I do that, they don't bother me anymore. Someone said they didn't like the bra because of it in a review. When that reviewer made that judgment call, I believe they overlooked the bra's entire purpose. It's a small price to pay for a sports bra that works so well if you take a minute to tuck your strap ends.
- I can finally do high-intensity workouts because of the total full coverage, stay-put straps, exoskeleton underwire, and sturdy construction. I've run a 5k, done bouncy spin cycling, and high-impact plyometric workouts with this bra, and I'm very happy with its performance. As a result, I now have a total of ten.

Having said that, I've washed and dried a few of these bras and they've held up admirably. The mesh bag protects the underwire from going awry and the hook and eye closures from getting messed up, but the dryer weakens the strength of the stretchy bits over time, resulting in a less supportive bra. These bras aren't delicate princesses, but it's worth the extra effort to keep them in good shape and give them a long and productive life in your wardrobe, so if you don't already have one, get one with your bra. It's an investment that'll pay off. They are extremely quick to dry. br>br>2. Ensure that you are properly fitted. This bra is only effective when it is properly fitted. The underwire should be flush against your chest, particularly between your breasts, and under your breasts. The back of the chair should be extremely tight. The cup fabric should completely cover your breast, with no breast tissue protruding from the sides or on top. You'll want to get this fit right, especially if you do moderate to high-impact workouts. When you do, however, the heavens open up and the angels sing!.

If you have a lot of boobs, this bra is perfect for you. There are no double bubbles and it provides true "full coverage. " I've never been able to find a bra that keeps my breasts from bouncing out at the top. Surprisingly, they feel lighter in this bra, which is important when you're a 32G! I intend to purchase a number of these to wear on a daily basis. Because the wires are on the outside and rise high, this could be a problem with some lower-cut tops. Over the last few years, I've bought at least 12 of these bras. The sizing's quality control is appalling! I've written Wacoal twice about the problem, but they haven't responded. Some bras have a band measurement that is at least 2" smaller, and the straps are also much too short. This is a well-made, high-quality bra, but the inconsistent sizing is forcing me to look for a different brand; they also need to increase band sizing and offer a 42-inch band. I'm hoping they'll take the time to read it. It's such a pity!.
This bra is one of my favorites because it lifts and separates my breasts, just like the old commercials for a different brand used to say, and it pulls my breasts inward like all Wacoal bras. If you're a little chubby or older, this will help you slim down. I used to despise Wacoal because I wanted to appear bigger and older when I was young and perfectly proportioned! LOLbr>br>I like that the straps can be crossed in the back to hide them better. Only four stars because of the hideous strap connector that bunches and is difficult to smooth out. It irritates me greatly.
