I recommend getting an XL if you want to be loose and comfortable. My cup size is 34DD, and I can only fit into a size L.
Please don't worry. This sports bra is protective and designed for women to protect their chests during exercise; it is also very comfortable and breathable, allowing you to give it your all during your workout.
Because my cup size is similar to yours, I suggest you go with the L Size sport bras.
I recommend that you get a Medium size. I'm a 34D with a 36C body type. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130 pounds. I like the fit, especially for exercise, because it keeps everything in place. I can take out the cups to free up some space in the bust area.

My only complaint is that I believe it runs a little small. br>I liked this top so much that I ordered two more colors after the first. I ordered a medium because my shirt size is typically small/medium, but the fit is a little tighter than I'd like; I'm 135lb 5'2" 36B with a larger shoulder size; I'm not sure how the boobie support would be with a size L, but I still gave it 5 stars because it's cute and practical so far in my workouts. br>br>The colors are also true to the photos. br>Just remember to size up if you don't want it to be too tight. I ordered medium in all sizes because I like the snug fit, but it makes my armpit chunk stick out more than I'd like; the pads are also removable, which is a plus!.
My height and weight are 5'2" and 110 pounds, respectively. Because I'm 115 pounds, I went with a small. Despite the fact that my cup size is non-existent, I like how well this fits my body. It looks like a bathing suit to me. When I tried it on, I found it to be quite comfortable. I still haven't tried it out!.
The quality of the material is excellent, and it provides a secure feeling. I ordered a medium after referring to the size chart. For me, it's the ideal fit. Because of the built-in bra, I believe it would not be suitable for people with a larger chest. This will most likely be a regular top as well as a workout top for me. This purchase has made me extremely happy!.
I was completely at ease and supported while doing CrossFit in this.
I'm a 32DD and bought a small in the hopes that it would be snug enough for me, and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'0 and 125 pounds.
I'm going to order more colors! For reference, I'm 5'7", 120 pounds, 32A bra (B on a good day lol), 23" waist, and although I have a small chest, I honestly believe that even larger chested girls would have plenty of support for lighter impact workouts like yoga or Pilates. I'm wearing it with Lulu Align leggings to show you where the top hits on other high-rise leggings. The ideal length coverage. (When I tried it on, I smeared my own deodorant all over it; it didn't come that way!).
Although I was surprised to find a shelf bra, I still enjoy it. I ordered a medium because I'm a 32G. The shelf bra didn't go all the way to my waist unless I wanted everything to pop out of my top/armpits, but it was still comfortable enough to put up with a little underboob. The fact that the pad placements can be seen through the mesh is fantastic! (Image)br>The outer layer is smooth and stretchy. I like how the longline is smooth and not broken into a waist band like most bras. I'd wear it as a comfortable or weight lifting bra, but not for any cardio other than walking.
This is the perfect fit for me because I wanted a sports bra that was a little longer and covered my torso more than a regular sports bra. Also, the material is very nice, and it's very supportive, and it keeps my chest in place well while I'm working out. I was so pleased with it that I ordered another!.
