The belt, unfortunately, does not come with the package.
My recommendation is to order both sizes and return only the one that doesn't fit well using Amazon's "try before you buy" service. br>For my husband, I ordered a size down. I ordered him six more because it fit so well.

I usually wear pgatour flat front shorts, but I thought I'd give these a try because the style and color appeal to me. Shorts aren't bad, but if you put a gun to my head, I'd go with the pgatour shorts. They simply fit my body type better. Slim and tall. In the other shorts, I simply feel more at ease. Having said that, the UA shorts are made of good quality material, though they are a little thin, and the sizing is accurate. The legs aren't too long and have a slight taper to them. Shorts that are unquestionably comfortable. I'm not completely dissatisfied with them, and they'll definitely be in my rotation, but I'm not likely to buy another pair, so four stars.
The shorts are comfortable, and I liked them at first, but after a few wears and washes, I noticed excessive pilling in the crotch area, as well as pulling of fabric threads in various places. I've never had a problem while golfing in these or any of my other golf shorts. I was let down.
This is the third pair of shorts that my husband owns. He wears a 34" waist in everything, but for some reason he prefers the 36" waist on these because it gives him a little more wiggle room through the thighs (he carries his height more in his torso than his legs). They look great with a t-shirt. He prefers to wear a polo or a shirt in the summer because they keep him cool.
The issue isn't with the comfort; it's with the fact that these are supposed to be golf shorts, but the construction is so bad that they shouldn't be worn for any physical activity. My first pair literally fell apart the first time I tried them on, so they sent me a replacement. The second pair hasn't broken yet, but they're so delicate that they look like they're made of silk. I used to love UA's older pants and shorts. These are the ones I despise.
BUT. Shorts that are both comfortable and well-fitting. My only complaint is that the Under Armour logo is already peeling off after only two washes. This has happened to both the ones I purchased from Amazon and the ones I purchased from Academy. Keep in mind that I didn't use a dryer to dry these. They were dried by hanging them on a clothesline.
I expect high-end activewear to have a crotch gusset to allow for forward and backward stretch in this day and age. Every time I sit down, the beans should not be smashed and the frank should not be pinched into an unnecessary crotch fold.
In all of my photos, they appear to be a royal blue, but they are actually teal. The quality is excellent, and the fit is accurate (I'm 6'2" and 190 pounds). I expected them to be a little pricey, and they are, but they are still fantastic shorts. This summer, I've been wearing them and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback.
I suppose there's no way to get a refund or a replacement. I really liked the atmosphere. I liked how light it was. The fit was perfect. I've only worn them once and washed them once, and they're already falling apart, with the butt appearing to be snagged. I'm not sure what the deal is with these shorts. The quality of UA products is generally excellent. These shorts, on the other hand, are completely different. And since I won't be able to get a refund or a replacement, I'm not sure I'll buy UA from Amazon again.
