A small was waiting for me when I returned. My waist was a little tight around the waist (manageable) and the length was Would have liked to have seen them It is humorous to hear someone say they are too short, because joggers are the same height as everyone else. For anyone who is as short as I am, I hope this helps. Clothes are too big and made for people who are tall and skinny.

I ordered a large pair, but it was too short in length, so I returned it for an XL, which is probably the same length as the large. To give you a sense of my height, I am 6'5" and have a 34 inseam.

Those were a Christmas present I gave my husband, who is very fussy. These are very comfortable and warm at the same time, and they have pockets. He really likes them because they aren't bulky. It is a pleasure to work with Under Armour.
In comparison to other UA sweatpants/joggers I've purchased, these are shorter. Further research indicates that these feature a 29" inseam, compared to the Inseam of the Under Armour Men's Rival Cotton Jogger Pants, which measures 32" (my preference since I'm 6'4", 225 pounds). As well, the Rival Cotton Joggers have a rear snap pocket and "articulated knees" that gives you more mobility than a similar pair of fleece pants.
After I received another pair of UA joggers last year, I thought these would be the perfect replacement. I would not recommend buying more than one pair of the same pair as they began to lose shape after much use. Compared to the original pair I purchased, these pants far exceeded my expectations. There are two of them Mesh pockets that cannot be torn are layered on top of each other. They were pretty accurate in sizing, and I would highly recommend these pants to anyone who seeks out the perfect pair of sweat pants.
