The pants are flat at the hips, not bulging out at the bottom as other pants do. I like the pocket style on these pants. Despite having a high spandex content, the material is still light enough to breathe and not see through but not too light that it becomes too hot. It is buttery soft and has good stretch and motion. Using them as lounge pants is very comfortable due to their looser fit. My favorite thing about these pants is their fit, which allows me to move just fine while I do yoga and weightlifting. Inverted poses will not be difficult to do with the bottom cuff keeping the legs in place. I am very impressed with them!
XL is a good fit for myself since I am 5'6" and weigh 190 pounds. It seems like I have a more sagging fat belly than usual. You can wear them even if you are taller, my belly takes the extra fabric that you can use if you are taller. Joggers like these are what every runner dreams of having. Definitely a must have. In a nutshell, I have no complaints about these leggings at all! These jeans are so soft, high waisted, and have a pocket that is awesome to help hold in my postpartum belly. They did not become stretched out even after wearing them all day. When I bend over, the trousers stay in place, and they are not see-through. In another color I'm thinking about getting them as well.
Yoga and stretching are made easier with these. On my down days when I just stretch and walk the dogs, these leggings are perfect.
