Those are the values I hold dear. A normal pair of jeans usually fits me at a 36" waist. I am 6' tall, fit, and have a 36" waist. So, since I liked a bit of space, I'd order a size up to make sure I got the material and size I wanted. These shorts are typically designed for slimmer people, so I went with a size larger. In spite of this, since the fabric was medium weight and only somewhat stiff It wasn't comfortable for me, and it restricted my range of motion. I ordered a size 40 now and am quite pleased. Although it's loose and long, the size 40 after a wash and dry shrank just a tad to fit very well. The waist is a bit smaller than my usual preference, so the size 40 is comfortable. By doing so, I can get a full range of motion on my legs, prevent myself from being chilled by the gym air, and stop the shorts from sliding up my legs. My guess is that I can wear a size 38, and I'm likely to order more of these colors in the near future. My favorite aspect of these pants is the quality, the fact that the deeper pockets have zips so my ipod or phone doesn't fall out, and they are very comfortable and very well made. The quality of this brand is far superior to any other brand I bought in the past.

As a 5'11" and 230 lb athletically built man (gaining weight on a bulk), I am currently 230 lbs. Last week I received the joggers on a Monday, I washed them in the laundry yesterday, and they fit just as great as they did the first time! The coming weeks will bring the purchase of a few more colors.
The description of these products caught my attention, so I read it more than once before ordering. I was ecstatic after receiving them for the first time. The material is of the right thickness, and it does not feel cheap or hot. Although they are sized to fit snugly and look good that way, if you'd prefer a more relaxed fit, order a size or two bigger. My usual size is 33, and I originally ordered a 34, which did make my rear end appear nice, but I felt they were also too revealing on the front side, so I ordered a 36 and the 38, and I prefer Workouts are also made more convenient because of the zippered pockets. It fits perfectly in size 36, so I went for that. I liked the quality of the product. My favourite feature of this bag is the back pocket with zippers that operate flawlessly. My first pair of assorted colors sold out within a day of trying them out. It has been a pleasure working with each of them.
