I'd recommend sizing up to a Large. It is quite long. I'm 5'11" and weigh 145 pounds, so I went with a size Medium to be safe, and it's long and roomy.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 200 pounds, so the large fits perfectly.
The shirt is 29 1/2 inches too long when hung on a hanger. all. From the front's lowest point to the bottom hem, the length is: Total length is 21 1/2". Please keep in mind that this was taken from an XL tee.
All three shirts were purchased by me.

I have a couple pairs of these now and wanted to share my thoughts. br>br>I use these for going to the gym and jogging because they are extremely comfortable. The cut around the neck and armholes is large enough to breathe through without being obnoxious. It wicks sweat well and dries quickly during jogging sessions. br>br>My only real criticism is that the tanks appeared to be a little too long. I ordered the small size, which seemed a little long for my 5'6" frame. It falls a few inches below my waist, as you can see in the photo.
For the past 18 years, I've been instructing fitness classes. I'm always looking for new tanks, and these are fantastic! Everything about it is great, from the price to the softness and quality. The dri fit material isn't as shiny and reflective as it appears. They have a more flat tone and a slight sheen to them. For class, I recently placed an order for a number of new name-brand tanks. However, I purchased these for bumming around on hot days. They are incredibly soft and comfortable, and I ordered a size up because I prefer them to be a little loose when I'm relaxing. You can wear these with a pair of nice cargo shorts and leather flip flops and feel great in any casual restaurant. The only difference between the two is that the black has grey trim and the grey has black trim. All solid is a favorite of mine. The BLUE is 100% firm and firm and firm and firm and But as long as they're used for bumming around, I'm fine with it! Order one to see how you like it; I did, and then I ordered six more!.
These are pretty damn good, I must say. Apart from blowing smoke up this company's arse (for which I do not receive a discount), No matter where the hell it's made, the product is damn good. The best answer of all is size. br>I'm 5'10 and 212 pounds, and yes, I work out and am stocky/built, so I got the XL and it fits perfectly. I'm drying the first two as I type this. I would definitely recommend these, regardless of the instructions. Everything is washed warm and dried on medium for 90 minutes (yes, go nuts ladies).
This is something I bought to wear while running in the heat. I would have chosen a lighter color if it had been available, but there were none that were suitable. It fits well, with the exception of the length, which is a little longer than I prefer, and it manages sweat well, which is good because I sweat a lot. I've spent an hour in this tank and haven't experienced any chafing, so it's definitely worth it.
Stretchy tank that's perfect for running or lounging in. I went with the light gray to help with visibility while running at night - It also has a reflective logo, which is a nice touch, and it is very light and stretches in all directions. It effectively wicks moisture and dries quickly. The cut is comfortable and allows for arm motions such as those seen in weightlifting, climbing, and calisthenics. It would also be ideal for yoga-related activities, as well as simply relaxing or sleeping. Some people think it's too long, but I believe it's just the right length. It washes well and dries quickly when I hung it to dry. I got the Medium and it's a good fit for me (6'3" with 32-inch waist). (Waist: 33"; chest: 40").

This shirt is one of my favorites to wear while rowing and working out at the gym. I sweat a lot, especially when the temperature is 85F and the Hudson has 90% humidity rows. Some shirts are great when they're dry but not so much when they're wet. This shirt wicks moisture away from the body and breathes well. I'm usually a L or M (6'1") in size. 190 lbs). For this shirt, I used a M and a S to get a snug but not binding fit. It's quite effective.
You might want to wear a tank that fits your upper torso and accentuates your pecs while remaining loose enough for your midsection on occasion. It's all over now. To top it off, it's a three-pack. So much bang for your buck. Ideal for working out and concealing a tummy. This type of tank appeals to me. In contrast to those that are essentially strings and expose your backside. Stringers aren't my favorite part of the game.
