It's a more fitted shirt for working out. There are no elastic bands to keep your middle in place. It is very light.

My height is 5'6", my weight is 142 pounds, and my waist circumference is 32 inches. Do you want it in a small or medium size?

A small is my recommendation. I'm 6'1", 165 pounds, and my waistline is 32 inches, so the medium is perfect for me.

What size would you recommend for someone who is 6' tall, 225 pounds, and has a 36" waist?

I'm 5'8, 142 pounds, and have a 32-inch waist, so a small would be too tight for me; for your build, I'd recommend a large. These tanks are made in a small size.

Goodbye, wife-beating cufflinks

These are far superior to the undershirts worn by your wife. However, the colossal tag had to be removed. Apart from that, the only thing I don't like is how difficult it is to distinguish between front and back, as well as inside and out. My vision isn't the best. However, they are extremely comfortable and functional. I ordered a second set so that I could have a new one each day at work. I think I'll be a customer for life because of this undershirt.

They're a little thin, but that's fine because I bought them for my boyfriend to wear underneath his work uniform this summer. We usually pay $20 for one, and they fit perfectly and are of good quality. When I run out of these, I'll definitely order more!.
