You can get away with a large if you want a tight fit, but if you're going to use it for a workout and need some room to move, you'll want to go with a medium. The XL version is superior. Best wishes to you.
Small is a good size to start with.
I believe you won't be able to choose your colors because of the way they've organized them.

I am 5'- I'm 9 feet tall and weigh 150 pounds, and I usually wear a medium t-shirt. I ordered a small in these, and while they're fine, they're a little too big for a workout tank; the underarms don't even come close to touching my torso.
I'm used to buying clothes based on flat measurements, so this was a little difficult for me. I'm 5'8 and weigh between 165 and 180 pounds depending on my meal cycle. At 175 pounds, I consider myself to be in good shape. On top, the Medium is fine, but the bottom is almost like a dress. I would have ordered a small if I had known that Medium in American sizing was large in Euro and Asian sizing. As far as tight fits go, it does not run small from what I've seen; instead, it runs large. It's not surprising, though, because Americans are notorious for lying to themselves about their clothing sizes.
I wasn't sure if these shorts would appeal to me, but holy cow, they do. It's great to be comfortable!.
More color combinations should be available. They always try to persuade you to buy a color you'll never wear, so you have to ask yourself, "Do I really want to buy this color?" Is it really a good deal if you only plan on wearing two of the three shirts? As you'd expect from Nike, the fit is comfortable, the bottom is roomy, the fabric is durable, it wears well, and it's easy to wash and dry. However, I'd prefer if the customer could choose which three colors they want, rather than only a few combinations. I've never worn the puke green one before, and I'd much rather have a white one - However, this isn't an option. As a result, the true price is divided by two instead of three.
I wasn't sure I'd like these because they were so much heavier when they arrived. After just one wear, I realized that these were actually more comfortable than the lighter brand I had previously. They're absolutely incredible. I'm 6'2", 205, 34w, 45c, and I bought a Large. It's impossible to go wrong, and the price is also very reasonable.
There isn't enough space because the sides are too high. These would be fantastic if you were competing in bodybuilding. I'd rather cut up an old tshirt for the rest of us who have real jobs and exercise for the sake of GF and bourbon lol.
It's good for loose and poly ester outdoor activities in the heat, as well as hot days indoors; only time will tell if it'll run. Bright colors and movement are appealing to someone whose six-pack days have passed but whose chest, arms, and back are still firm.
There's no point in playing Russian Roulette and hoping to get the right size.
