My height is 5'10", my weight is 170 lbs, and I wear a medium men's dress. It fits like a glove thanks to the large size. There is also a sheer fabric on the model (you can see the white right in front of the model wearing it) and it was You can take it to the bar and to your house with no problem. Stitching at the seams allows the fabric to stretch with them. It doesn't seem as though the rear seam would cause a wedgie. There is enough room for the average guy to fit inside the pouch without any issues. Since the fabric can stretch easily, it is comfortable for wearing all night long.

I really like this feature! It is so comfy and sexy, I actually fell asleep in it the first night. You need a size UP in this as I'm usually a Small in men's clothing so I got a medium, which fits great! Do not cinch too tightly or hug your nuts. I love my new purchase.
