In the past few days of quarantine, I've had headaches, lower back pain, and brain fog as a result of sitting at my computer nearly every day. With this treadmill I am able to stay active while working, which relieves all of my discomfort and improves my thinking ability. My treadmill fits easily in my bedroom, as it is small and compact enough to fold up and fit under my bed for storage when not in use. I can set my laptop on the display panel as it would easily fit under a standing desk, but I find that I can also set it under my standing desk. This is definitely worth the time!.
