Following reviews, I decided to order this treadmill so I would be sure I would get a heavy duty treadmill designed solely for walking. To begin with, be warned that this is a heavy box and heavy sucker. It was a good idea to pay the extra delivery fee so they could bring it down to my basement in the room where I intended it to be setup and I'm glad I did. The staff offered to take it out of the box for me, but I declined. It was a bit of a chore to unpack, so I wish I had taken them up on it. The deck unit is very heavy and is so well packed that it was very challenging to decompose it. It's also a bit of a hassle to dispose of all this foam and box stuff. It takes only a few minutes to assemble. It simply requires you to swing up three bolts and fasten down the upright arms bolted to the deck. Next, you put the display with arms on the right side and bolt them in place. The cable that goes up the right upright must be connected to the display before the top can be put on. If you do not clip the cable tie that holds the wire in the upright, one of the bolts will not be able to be inserted. When putting the display on the wire, make sure not to pinch it. There was a small bottle of lube that came with my unit, but I ordered some from Amazon that had a long tube at the end that makes lubing As soon as the unit is assembled, it is smooth and quiet, even with my 330 pounds on it. Additionally, a tread that is 6'2" wide and long is quite sufficient for a job this size. The tread is a bit incline, which some have complained about, so I placed a 2 x 4 under the wheels to raise it to almost level. This makes it easier to start. My legs will probably be stronger soon enough for me to get rid of it.
