This is a great Getting this treadmill was a tough decision for me as I was on a budget but also wanted to be able to run on it and not have it break. This unit works great, and the straight handlebars are perfect for using it as a walking desk while working from home. A few feet away from my feet is an old shelf I attached some webbing to so that it won't slide off your feet. At speed 4, which is about the fastest pace I can walk before running, it doesn't move at all. Then I got a wireless keyboard and it works great! Working out while doing your job is a great way to get exercise and to get some work done at the same time.

Now that I have been using the treadmill for a couple of weeks, I feel a lot better. The belt has begun rubbing on the sides and causing the belt to jerk when walked at a speed of 2 or less for 30 minutes at a time. I don't run, but I walk at 2 mph or less for 30 minutes at a time. There was an instruction on how to adjust the belt, and I had already done so. There have been several days when I've had to get off during the walking session to adjust it, and in the end it seems to need to be adjusted daily. My guess is that it won't happen.
