The thing I have in my hands is fantastic. I really like the way it works and it was really easy to put together. For the past week I've been walking a light jog on it while weighing 255 lbs. As the manufacturer states the motor is only for people weighing up to 220 pounds, there are no issues with excess weight or the motor. Once the belt is aligned properly, it won't slip. The lubricant came in a small bottle with it. The treadmill will be your first stop once you've used this. You will find instructions in the document. As well as being very quiet, it is also very clean. Be at peace with its size if you are worried. It's the perfect height for me at 5'6", and the display and handle bar are at my fingertips. In terms of belt WIDTH, it's good for someone of my size, but if you're taller than 5'9", you'll probably want a wider belt (this one measures 14 inches). While the LENGTH is great as well, because I don't run with a very long stride in jogging, you may find the belt length too short if you plan on running at 5MPH or faster. There's an incline of 6% on this treadmill, and you can feel it. If you work up your heart rate by brisk walking or light jogging, this exercise is for you. In the end, I decided to buy this particular machine for two reasons 1) it was incredibly cheap, and 2) it was on Prime so if I did need to return it, I could do so for free, and not have to pay return shipping (which would cost a small In terms of the machine, it was incredibly easy to put together for me by my son. I was in and out in 20 minutes after he dropped by on the way home from work. I was also able to test it out with him. The man next to me is a jogger quicker than me and taller than me. There was no problem for him running comfortably in his normal stride. Although it would have been easier to put the treadmill together with two people, I ended up doing it by I spent about an hour and a half on it. It has been a month since I purchased it, and so far there have been no problems with the motor. The belt is oiled every time it begins to make a noise I add a little oil when it becomes a bit louder. Although there is a little too much incline, it can be worked around. While walking on it, it makes an almost swishing sound (kind of like sand). When I first started using this machine, I was concerned my neighbors in the apartment below me would hear too much noise. It was much less noisy than running the washer or dryer. In the beginning, I planned to concentrate mainly on walking, but now I do some light jogging as well. Although the machine shakes a little, it is helpful to hold the bar with one hand. I love the screen because it is clear and simple and the controls are straightforward. It also has a perfect ledge to rest my phone on when I want to watch videos. If you vacuum, you can easily fold it up. The width and length of the rug are reasonable, and I can live with both. I would get a treadmill that is wider and heavier so that it would be more durable if I was serious about running. I bought my first treadmill here because it fits the smaller spaces in my apartment perfectly.

Happy to hear that! It's great to have a treadmill like this! I got exactly what I asked for! After I figured out the diagrams, assembly was a snap. However, the diagram pictures could have been a bit more clear. It is the perfect size for those interested in getting a small apartment or a room with not a lot of space, as well as being extremely quiet. It is a treadmill that I would absolutely recommend to my friends.

As a treadmill that does everything it has been advertised to do, I highly recommend it! In spite of the fact that it's for lighters- As it has a low weight limit recommendation, it gives a thorough workout to weight people. I received my order in good time and in good packaging. I assembled it without a helper because it was very easy to do. Although it does not have an adjustable incline, I prefer it as it allows for a more effective Once closed after use, it doesn't take up a lot of space. The folding version is easy to move I carried it up the staircase by myself when folded. I can't see why this would not last a user for a long time if not abused. I highly recommend this, and would buy it.
