An excellent and basic product
4/5

The treadmill that I bought in February was put to the test for a while before I began It was important to me that a basic treadmill I purchased would be sturdy enough to sustain running, have a small footprint and be lightweight enough to allow one person to move around easily. While this treadmill met my needs, there are a few features I find lacking. There are multiple running programs on the device, as well as three incline options and a pulse meter. The last time I ran 8- I used to have trouble In the past, I did 10 miles a day on the treadmill, but I had a back injury so I stopped. My main goal after back surgery is to gradually get back into shape on this treadmill and I use it about three times a week I devote about an hour to my two disciplines on four different days of the week.

1. I like the fact that it is a very sturdy running shoe. Even though it's smaller, the shorter sides give it a feeling of spaciousness. I liked how it has a little give when you strike it with your foot, so it absorbs some impact. Because I have back problems, that was a big plus for me. 3.
There are options for controlling the speed as well as turning it on and off This feature allows you to check your pulse on the handles while you are off. The third point. Water bottles do not fit in the cup holders as they are very small. While bigger water bottles will fit, they will bounce off when being used during exercise. The fourth paragraph. The iPad needed to be held in a separate clear rack because there is no place for it in the office. I wanted to keep the rack in place since it moved during runs, so I used velcro stickers to hold it securely in place. There was visible damage on the right side of the treadmill when mine arrived with a damaged box. My treadmill is crooked while I fold it up and I have to adjust the belt every week. I still have not contacted the company to discuss it, but I've noticed that it is crooked when folded up. The belt is very easy to adjust. The sixth point. The device is light enough to be moved by one person. I had to tilt it a little at first to get it rolling, but once I did, it was easy to maneuver around the house. "* B . The treadmill so far has been quite reliable and simple to use. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good, basic treadmill without a lot of extra features.

Even after a year of use, I am still satisfied with the device
4/5

A Sunny SF-100 was purchased by me For $339, you can get the T7603. As of March 2017, there were 95 people on the database. It has been used daily for over a year with only a few exceptions. The height of my frame is 6'1" and the weight of my body is 140 lbs. The time I walk is 4 o'clock. Every day, for 25 minutes, you have to go at 0 mph. The treadmill has worked for me in terms of the features I have used. Cannot make a comment on the programs and features I don't use. I find it to be the perfect treadmill at an affordable price. Here are the actions I take when working out on the treadmill. 1 *br At the base, turn on the power. 3.
2. Connect the safety key's clip to the front of my shirt so that it will hang from the belt. The Mode button on the console should be pressed. The fourth paragraph. By pressing the + button on the console, you can see 25 on the time display I can't count down the minutes to 00. This is 5. On the console, you must press the Start button. The sixth point. You'll need to wait for the 3 It will take two seconds for the countdown to complete and the speed to be zero. A 5 mph speed limit applies. "* B . You can change the speed to 4 mph by pressing the 4 mph button on the console. The speed of sound is 0mph. Ibid. , p. 8. Once the timer runs out, walk for 25 minutes until the belt stops automatically. The ninth sentence. The safety key can now be removed from my shirt. Click on the power button at the base to turn the device off. I would like to comment on a few things that may be of interest to some people. During the installation process, I used a bolt to connect the right upright to the console, but it turned freely in the hole without being tightened. There was a problem with the bolt's threads. The bolt I removed from the safety block in the first step was the same size as the bolt on the right upright. Therefore, I used the bolt from the safety block to erect the upright. My belt needed to be adjusted multiple times during the first few weeks as per the instructions in the manual. Once I had it in just the right place, I no longer needed to adjust it. A messy and awkward way to oil the running board underneath the belt is to oil it on the bottom. When I oil the belt, I lift up the edge of the belt on each side with the bent end of the large paperclip. The manual states that the engine must be oiled every 188 miles, so I let the console tell me when to do it. During the year that has passed since the treadmill was purchased, the oil has lasted. In addition, I am not sure how to interpret the pulse monitor's results as it does not work as expected. In the instructions, it is recommended that you hold the pulse monitor for 5 seconds so that you can determine I can always see my pulse is 72 no matter how long I walk with the pulse monitors if I hold them for 5 seconds. The pulse monitors slowly climb through 140 as I walk, and the display slowly rises to 150 As soon as I let go and hold for 5 seconds again, it displays 72 and slowly climbs. In order to interpret those readings, I asked Sunny Technical Support. I was told that it gives an estimate of my heart rate and is not a medical device. The pulse monitors don't cause my heart rate to slow to 72 and then slowly climb to 150 they only do this when I release them. The display finally stops climbing, and I guess that's when it shows my heart rate, but I am not sure if that's true, and I am not confident in it. At the end of my 25 minute session the belt slows down and a few seconds later all of the data on the console is cleared to zero. You won't be able to see how far you walked or how many calories you burned unless you're attentive and reading the data quickly. During normal operation, the speed is displayed in large digits, while the time, distance, calories, and pulse use much smaller digits. When I need to speed up, I always choose As a result, that number is not of much interest to me, but it is the only one I am able to read easily It is a pleasure for me to walk by swinging my arms. The handles are very delicate, so I have to be careful not to scratch them. In the manual, it clearly states "Your product is designed to work in cool, dry conditions. ". When I use my treadmill room in the summer, it is frequently 90°F since I do not use air conditioning. I have not had any problems with the treadmill overheating so far. Attached with this email are pictures of the console, right handle, and left.

I have had bad experiences with the customer service and technical support for this treadmill
3/5

The treadmill I was using for a few months started malfunctioning. Make sure you are buying from a trustworthy source! I have had bad experiences with the customer service and technical support for this treadmill. I noticed that my treadmill started malfunctioning after several months (the speed was going up and down on its own). Only email can be used to communicate with the manufacturer. When I tried to calibrate the treadmill, the instructions I received did not sound right (Press the prog and mode buttons simultaneously and play with the number that appears until it is calibrated). With this number, the belt was running twice as fast as it was set on the display, so I was able to even out the speed. number listed in the email they sent me, I spoke with three representatives, and none of them were able to show me how to calibrate the machine (there are three options for calibrating the machine The F1 (the one they referred to), F2 and F3 were all mentioned. F2 and F3 settings are mysterious for no one could explain them. The person (Jay) told me, when I said I was trying to set the speed to the one on the display (it was running at about twice the indicated speed), to ignore the display and just use it at a comfortable speed. It took online contact with a technician for me to understand the controls, and when I understood the controls, the speed was correctly set. In the United States, the customer service people don't know what the treadmill is, it doesn't have tech support, and there's nothing online about the brand other than a very generic YouTube video. A technician saw a picture of the controlling board and motor and said that it was the cheapest motor and controller he had ever seen, that the controller had no potentiometer, which allows it to regulate the motor speed, and that the treadmill had.
