The treadmill I was using for a few months started malfunctioning. Make sure you are buying from a trustworthy source! I have had bad experiences with the customer service and technical support for this treadmill. I noticed that my treadmill started malfunctioning after several months (the speed was going up and down on its own). Only email can be used to communicate with the manufacturer. When I tried to calibrate the treadmill, the instructions I received did not sound right (Press the prog and mode buttons simultaneously and play with the number that appears until it is calibrated).
