In a nutshell, So far, I am very happy with the results. The control was extremely easy to install. I just had to take it out of the box and plug it in. The noise level of this machine is exceptionally low. This treadmill is of high quality. My standing desk is tucked under it, and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm not super happy with the remote since it requires that it be held close to the treadmill in order to operate, so I have to bend down and hold it under my desk in order to start and stop it. Additionally, it took me a couple of days to get connected to the app after I set up the treadmill. My first day of using the website was unsuccessful after I spoke to customer service. They sent me instructions. Afterwards, I just tried the same thing a couple of days later, and it worked perfectly. Among the few things I dislike about this app is the fact that when you press 'pause' it ends your session, so I have a lot of 30 second sessions because I forgot something right after I started and needed to take a quick break. be nice to have the app automatically connect to your phone, so that the app would be ready to use simply by opening it, but connecting only takes a couple of seconds, so this isn't too much of a hassle.
