I needed a treadmill that would fit in my small apartment and had a wide running belt, be quiet because I live above it, be foldable yet cute enough to leave open. This folds FLAT. I used to go to the gym every day until Corona ruined it. It was almost completely assembled when I received it - It's as simple as unfolding it, attaching a few accessory pieces, plugging it in, and it's ready to use. I've had it for about a week and use it for brisk walking and running at least an hour every other day, and it's been great so far. It's so small and neat. This is between my couch and the television in my living room. I can fold it up to the side of the television when it's not in use and still have plenty of room for other workouts, and I'm surprised at how comfortable it is to run on. The speed can be slowed down to 2 by pressing a button. When you're finished, run at a speed of 5 mph. This purchase has exceeded my expectations!.

Another excellent purchase; as a senior who requires daily exercise, this product met my requirements. I feel good and can feel the difference in my body after only a few weeks of using this and walking 45 minutes six days a week. Being diagnosed with early osterperosis has been extremely beneficial to my bones. It's quite heavy, so folding and moving it will require assistance. My advice to my seniors is to go for it; you won't be sorry.

This treadmill has a nice aesthetic, is quiet, and comes fully assembled, which is a big plus. It is most likely safe to walk on. My personal experience has been as follows: I'm 5'10" and weigh 165 pounds. When the treadmill broke down, I was jogging at a normal pace. The machine sound changed to a very loud squicking as the belt shifter was moved to the right. When I looked at the back roller, I discovered that the right bearing was completely shot. Examine the images of the left and right bearings that are attached. The compact treadmill appeals to me, but quality control is a concern. I am unable to recommend this product, but your results may differ.

It's ideal for putting in those miles in terms of speed. br>br> If you're going to be speed training, you'll probably want something a little faster. On this treadmill, however, I can "comfortably" run a mile in 10 minutes. If I wanted to die sooner, I could reduce the time. For my husband (6') and me (5'3"), the track length is ideal for a full-out sprint.

I figured I'd go for a walk and watch. It was very simple to put together, with clear instructions, and I love that I didn't have to assemble anything! Shipping was extremely fast, and the item arrived exactly when it was supposed to. This treadmill is a great value and has everything I was looking for in a treadmill! It appears to be quite sturdy, and I was able to move it around and install it by myself. If you have carpet, I recommend getting a mat, just like I did. In the living room, it looks fantastic! Also, it was extremely quiet. It doesn't even come close to competing with television! The seller also contacted me to see if I had received it and if there were any issues, which I thought was very professional! This model makes me ecstatic! Thank you very much!.

The 3HP motor is one of the features I like because I expect it to extend the machine's life and assist it if we don't keep up with belt lubrication as well as we should. The controls are also very simple and intuitive, with the belt height off the floor being the most important. We're constructing a room with a 7-foot ceiling because we're both 5'11" tall, and this is where the unit will be placed. We'll be able to use it there because it's very low. It has a firm foundation, does not move, and is extremely quiet. br>The only thing that bothered me were the arms, which seemed odd, but it's clear that the design is necessary in order to fold it up into a small package. It was a breeze to unpack and set up! There are cheaper alternatives, but I'm glad I splurged on this one.
