There is a mixed feeling. Having read all of the reviews, I must admit There is no doubt that this is a "Starter" treadmill, and I am also very hesitant to test the weight range, which has been stated at 300lbs. I carried it down to my basement and put it up by myself in about 20 minutes. Walking at 6KM/h is suitable for the elderly and children, and 1KM/h for the rest of us. It made me hesitant to buy a treadmill since I knew I would have to invest some money in I find this treadmill to be ideal for people who are just getting started with a treadmill, as I was. This product was easy to assemble out of the box. There were only a few steps to complete. As it is mostly assembled, you can pretty much just drag the box wherever you want it to go. (Although it is quite heavy. ) I was surprised at the low noise level. had expected to hear belt squeaking noises and thunking on my linoleum floors for the price I paid. Oh, I see. We are both in this together. Took care of that, but forgot. When I ordered a mat, it did not slip as much as my recumbent bike. The large waterborne and drink holders are also appreciated. From a speed of under 1 mile per hour to about 8 miles per hour, the speed can be adjusted. In all honesty, I have not messed with any of the other settings, but I do know how. As well as these programs, others are available. Apparently this can hold a maximum weight of 350 pounds, but I am sure you could fit much more than that on it. There's probably only one issue that could cause an issue for me because the track isn't that wide. Due to my heavier thighs and wide hips, I have to use up a lot of the ground space to walk. The reviews of treadmills clued me in to the fact that they would not be easy to assemble, so I decided not to purchase one. In my quest for a treadmill, but on a tight budget, I decided to go for it, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It took me about ten minutes to assemble it myself, and there were only six screws to install, which I did by myself. During that time. Take a look at how hard it is to assemble this box but not how hard it is to take that box to the trash. As a 230-pound woman, I thought that the belt would not stand up to my weight, even though there is a 300-pound weight It was my first time on, and I didn't stutter at all. I didn't have any problems moving the belt and it was smooth as silk. While you should be aware that the belt is less long than more expensive models, you won't find much better at this price point and the convenience is great I am in awe of this.
