Questions & Answers

When and how much can you weigh?

In addition, the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 claims to be weighed for persons up to 300 pounds, but the running board on our brand new one ruptured within days of use. The replacement parts we received from the company caused the issue to repeat four more times. NordicTrack sent us a technician who recommended this machine for people weighing 190 or less, or less. In the case that you intend to run, do not buy this machine if you are 200 or more. It took weeks of negotiation for NordicTrack to agree that this was their fault. We are the victims of an engineering defect. NordicTrack wanted to charge us $500 of restocking fees. Finally, two months after we requested a refund, we received it. It looks as if the treadmill and its features are awesome for people under 200 pounds.

The device has WiFi, the ability to watch TV, and it has Bluetooth. Are these capabilities supported?

It comes with Bluetooth audio capabilities so that you can listen to music while using the interactive iFit workouts. It is equipped with Wifi connectivity so that you can use the interactive iFit workouts. In case you'd prefer to view your workout on your TV screen instead of the 14-inch screen, you can connect your machine to your TV using an HDMI cord On the console, there is a seven-inch touch screen.

What kinds of things can be done on the screen ?

Although it can be used manually to control speed and incline, it is best to do so.

The treadmill will automatically reset the distance information after a certain amount of time if I pause a workout indefinitely?

Your treadmill will offer you the option to pause after every 10 minutes. It is just a matter of unpause it and starting it again if more info is needed.

The treadmill works well, but there are a few All in all, the treadmill is a pretty good option
4/5

For a long time I had looked into treadmills and almost settled on an incline trainer since I feel like more of a walker or hiker than a runner plus those go up to 40% incline which would be perfect for the guided walks on iFit. My treadmill arrived on Wednesday, March 24, after I ordered it on March 17. Deliveries were made on time, however, they had to play Tetris to get it out of the truck as it had been loaded in before they got there. The lift gate couldn't be lowered, so they had to get it off. I found out at this time that the box doesn't say for home use only, but only for machine lifts. There was a small dolly with these guys. The lift had to be lowered in order to load the treadmill on to the small dolly, which is when the treadmill box fell directly onto My first thought was to crush one of the two guys, but he was able to make it out. Eventually, they get it up to the garage and leave it there, but not before they knock over all our bikes at the same time as I am glad they were able to move it into the garage even though they just had to leave it at the curb. After they left, we popped the box open to view it, and all looked well. There was a sticker saying that it could be raised only with a machine lift. It is HEAVY and difficult to move. You may want to install the piston first after you get it out of the box, so you can just wheel it where you want in the house without the help of a high school lifting team. That way the deck will be locked up and you can just wheel it. Taking into account the location of the device is very important because it will not fit through a standard door without some sort of creative handling. The hint is If you get to this step, you can take some of the box and use it as a sled. When you get it where you want it it goes together pretty easily that is, unless you have little ones crawling all over you while they ask you Although iFit is pretty cool, it still has a long way to go, such as perhaps including a search function. It is being worked on by tech support. The downside is that long sessions seem to pass quickly because of this. I really like it! I didn't think Peloton was amazing, but it was really great all the same. Because the screen is only 10" and the treadmill screen doesn't move much, you may find it difficult to do the workouts that take you off the treadmill. When you want to perform that sort of work easily, check out the Nordictrack 2950. If you are setting up your iFit account, you should do so through the iFit web page rather than Ensure that you put the - as well The number on your included card needs to be in between the numbers otherwise the system will say the number is invalid or has already If you currently have a heart rate monitor, make sure it is Bluetooth As the treadmill is Bluetooth 0) compatible, it connects just by having your hand near the treadmill you do not need to use the app as explained in the instructions. This treadmill doesn't support pairing with the iFit app. It seems that is a feature that is not found in products without On that topic, there was a bit of confusion In the manual, it is also mentioned that an interactive product tour will be available on the touch screen, but this isn't the case. The last point is my biggest gripe. Nordictrack's 1650 treadmill is supposed to include a tablet holder and a chest strap heart rate monitor, but the Amazon description is wrong. Go to their page, or checkout any review of the full-size treadmill, and you'll see that this treadmill comes with those features. The Nordictrack representative I spoke to today informed me that the version that is indistinguishable by model number and that is sold by Amazon does not contain outraged to say the least because this is a really shady deal. There is an additional charge of $96 for the tablet holder. One hundred dollars and one hundred fifty dollars for the HR Monitor. Based on the reviews and comments here, it appears some people got the tablet holder while others did not, as well as the HR monitor. Your mileage may vary, so keep that in mind too.

It is necessary to have a credit card in order There is a treadmill and iFit features that I really like
3/5

To activate the treadmill, it requires a credit card. It is for this reason that I only give 2 stars. You can get iFit for free for 1 year with this app, but you'll need to enter a credit card. I entered the coupon code, and I was able to sign up without a credit card. On the day after my credit card was charged, I observed my credit card was charged $431 for a year's In my call, I was told that I would receive a refund. Then, two weeks later, I made several more calls (with many hold times) eventually, I got my money back.

The treadmill is great, but it runs to absurd levels after your first year of the iFit subscription
4/5

My treadmill is excellent, the quality is excellent, and it does everything I could ever wish for. IFIT is free, but the subscription is not If you want to set up more than one user profile, you have to do the following The cost after the introductory year blows you away with $40 a month. In terms of annual costs, that's almost $500. It has taken you more than 4 years to pay for iFit than it did for this commercial. It is a treadmill for grade 3 and 4. As a result, I gave the treadmill fewer than five stars instead of five, but I still wouldn't select this treadmill again if I knew that my wife and I wouldn't be able to set up and save our own profiles on this very costly treadmill.

This is utter nonsense
3/5

The Happymeal Plastic material is used! The price on the treadmill appeared to be near $2000, so I considered it a fancy, commercial treadmill. I rearranged my furniture downstairs because I couldn't move it up once I saw how heavy and large they were (358 lbs). We called family over to assemble it (and paid them for their help). In the end, after trying to fit two plastic parts (slightly warped) together into their grooves for five frustrating hours, we gave up on making the pulse-activated alarm. You can see the right side bar. I felt like I was closing a cheap plastic Easter egg with a misshaped rim that wouldn't fit together, like I was closing a Happy meal plastic egg. It's 2000 dollars! Then, after we finished the misfitting and completed the remainder, we connected it, turned it on, and nothing happened. There was damage to the screen and very dim lighting with faint writing phone that had fallen. I was able to raise the incline to a great height, however the tread conveyor would not operate. In order to return the product, I called. In accordance with Axel's instructions (who sounded like the silly prince from the new Aladdin movie), I would need to repackage the item as best as I could so UPS could pick it up in 10 days, and then a refund would be given. You can see Axel now! This 2-hour project is too long for me to spend any more time on it Seeing the pile of sticks, wooden braces, styrofoam, and cardboard pieces that once littered my living room being constructed, I saw someone come to pick up the cluster truck as is, without need to deconstruct It is a shock and disappointment to me. It wasn't what I expected from a Walmart $300 treadmill, but what I expected is what I got from a NordicTrack treadmill at this price! Beware!.
