Nautilus Treadmill Series

(10/7/2018) Now that it is October, it has been more than two full months since I bought the Amazon still needs to arrange for a shipper to pick up the package. The story doesn't end yet. A total of six contracts have been hired by Amazon to pick this up. Some aspect of the process fails every time. The only way I can purchase one that works is if Amazon takes this remote out of my house. First of all, I have to say Amazon and the service technicians did a very good job with both customer service and problem resolution. That was one of the highlights of the trip in my opinion. I noticed though that there was a problem when the first installer left me with my shiny new treadmill. . . without having tested it before leaving my house. Apparently, as a matter of fact, it was my fault and I fully understand the mistake. I have to agree, the system did power up and run nicely. When I launched it, the console responded as expected, then I chose a running program and hit Go. As the belt moved about 1/4 of an inch and stopped, it has reached its end. The puzzled look on my face was hard to ignore. Is it possible that I interpreted it incorrectly? Despite the fact that I am a runner, I do not run for pleasure. Combined with the ability to read instructions and my familiarity with treadmill operations, I am a good treadmill user. Nonetheless, I tried several more times and realized I had an issue with a mechanical failure. My text prompted his boss to come out, so I texted the installer again. The customer service was excellent, so thanks to you guys (kudos). He was just as stumped as I was, so we opened a service ticket together with Nautilus. A small amount of troubleshooting was done There were no instructions on how to use the maintenance mode of this model, which made this difficult. There was an air of genuine guesswork about it. After all was said and done, they decided to send out all new wiring in a blanket call. The police were supposed to show up in a week. I had to wait another week before a service tech could come. Nautilus' package was opened when he arrived at the office and A humorous item was sent as well, which helps to raise or lower the track. They sent half the electrical cables we needed plus one unrelated item. I really liked the track! Even though he did everything possible, he still could not get this thing to work.

So back to Nautilus technical support. They decided to send out the rest of the cables and a new controller board instead. After waiting a week and a half, we finally got our hands on It was the same guy who came out, who was also great and totally competent with treadmills. I was told to proceed with the repairs, and then received a grim After further troubleshooting for about an hour, he was on the phone with Nautilus. Ultimately, it was decided to send a new motor as a last ditch effort to fix the device. There was, however, no guarantee that the device would work. In about every month of living with a new paper weight, I called Amazon to discuss options for returning defective merchandise. They went out of their way to be helpful to me. The return date is set for Sept 7th, but at least I will know someone will pick up the hardware free of charge (except for the time I had to set aside for the assembly, repair attempts, and now After talking to a professional who works on a variety of make and models, we finally got a repairman who worked on The equipment from Nautilus is of poor quality in my opinion. Nautilus, Bowflex, and, increasingly, Nordic Track as well as Nautilus get a lot of calls similar to this. Despite what he said, there is one brand he doesn't get calls for because it's something like a piece of damaged plastic molding due to shipping issues. That brand is In other words, I will purchase a Sole treadmill once my refund has been processed. As far as I am concerned, either the F80 or F85. In his opinion, the lower models would be well suited to walking and light running. I was also told that the sole motors last a lifetime, therefore, I'm disappointed in the whole experience, so I'm giving Amazon just one star, but I'm impressed with the people who worked with me and I received a good lead as a result. In the future, I hope that this review can prevent someone from experiencing the same thing I did.

Although I still love it, it's just not the same. Though I have not yet explored all its capabilities because there are so many options available. There is nothing wrong with the Android app thus far. It sometimes does not automatically sync, but it is easy to do manually. There's no doubt in my mind that I would buy it again. However, on the basis of what I have used thus far, I don't want to comment on them too much just yet, but I think I will find that they work I appreciate how the incline/speed buttons that run along both sides of the control panel are easy to adjust in manual mode. There are two buttons here that you can press to increase speed or incline in increments of 2 units (seen in the product photo or on With my Android phone, it is working fine with the Nautilus Trainer app. The app tracks only a few key statistics (calories, distance) but keeps track of the most important ones. If you desire, it will also dump some information into My Fitness Pal. It sometimes does not automatically download the workout data after a workout, but that is the only downside I've experienced. It may be necessary to manually click the sync button sometimes. It's nothing to worry about. It would be more useful if it had more features. There is some data that is maintained on the treadmill itself so that it can provide comparisons. This may not be the best app for you if you are looking for a powerful companion app. First, check out the app in your respective app store. If you use Android, it appears that the rating isn't as high as it should be for this app. This media tray is capable of holding a tablet as big as a 10" tablet securely. There are three included in the package. Connect it to the speakers built into the amplifier with a 5" cable. There is enough volume on the speakers to hear dialogue and music over the treadmill sound even if the speakers are not great. My impression is that the equipment isn't particularly loud, however it is a huge piece of gear. Make sure you get the right mat for the measurements. It didn't provide enough power to charge my tablet from the USB port on the back of the control panel. I believe this is likely designed for MP3 players (old school), but I'm not entirely


GET THE ASSEMBLY SERVICE
Unless you are very comfortable assembling machines and furniture, I advise you to get the assembly service. This endeavor will require you to be relatively strong and, ideally, have a partner to help you along the way. As a result, I have spent a lot of money on it ($1,000 at the time of purchase) and I want it to be assembled correctly. You do not want to get anything wrong here since this is a machine that will undergo repetitive motions. A treadmill assembly guy I hired through Amazon had previous treadmill assembly experience and did it perfectly. As far as I can tell, there is no problem. Thanks for reading! I hope that helped. **Note You can hear my dog's nails clicking on wood floors as she runs around and plays in the video when I turn the treadmill on and later when it's on and when I turn it off. There is a low hum from the treadmill motor, and you hear the belt moving as well, but it is not loud. In the video, you should be able to tell. Despite being quiet, it's still audible.

Previously, it was omitted based on Amazon's review criteria, which was a false belief. It is possible for me to write about the product's pros and cons, but I cannot specify delivery, manufacturer, and so on. Although those would be very important pros and cons for those of you willing to spend roughly $1000 on a product. This review has nothing to do with shipping or the (At Amazon, I can do this. Feedback at http//feedback. com/). In any case, here are my two attempts. The least appealing thing about this product? It is missing many crucial components, some of the parts are broken and in terrible condition, and the console itself does not boot up, turning it into a 250-pound paperweight. I am only reviewing the product itself in this review. The way the product is in its natural form has nothing to do with how these things work. I did not like the general attributes of this treadmill, so I am not recommending it. I have attached a few pictures of me displaying it and giving it a proper place to set up so you can see what it looks like and how it Here are the photos explaining the video one shows the box that the item came in, and it looked very The moment I opened it, I was really excited. A lack of cup holders, stress fractures, cracks, and an unresponsive console with a blank LED screen were the things I did not like.
