As I called support to troubleshoot, we tried several very basic solutions such as pressing the buttons or powering on and off the device, but none of them worked. It's been two days since my very first contact with support, and I'm still waiting on a response on my case. The good thing is that Auto mode just magically turned on itself on its own. My only issue with the Auto mode is that it couldn't be set to an automatic mode. However, other than that, I really like the design, how easy it is to use, how small it is and how easy it is to move around.
