It's very easy to set up, but it did not seem centered, and it takes a few minutes to set it up normally. I was referring to a few YouTube videos to figure out how to center stuff, but I got everything balance correctly. A lot of reviews for other small treadmills describe the belt as feeling thin but that is not true with this treadmill. It looks great to me as well! Although it's very quiet, the buttons beep fairly loudly (for reference, it sounds almost exactly like a microwave beep). I will give it some further note once I know if anything goes wrong, because it is only day one but it seems to be great so far! As for the fact that I live in an old building, the breakers constantly trip, but this treadmill doesn't seem to be the cause of any problems there.
