Even if the product itself is a good quality item, the band failed one day after the deadline for returns. There were discolorations and permanent creases in the Theraband at each point where it had been folded after being removed from the package. Despite my best attempts to "work out the kinks," the integrity of the band was compromised at every fold line. Here are a few photos in which the creases, as well as the failure point, are highlighted. Be sure to check the item as soon as you remove it from the package if you plan to purchase this item.

It turned out that the blue was too tense. Having heard from my therapist that the next lower level would be good for me, I ordered the green and Its job is done without causing damage to the surface. Green one is what I purchased - A heavy resistance should mean that the materials are heavy. There is no such thing as- There is no sense in buying such a thin and stretchy item. The sock is a standard length, meaning one could hold it at each end and stretch it across, however the sock is so thin and flimsy that it would not offer any Although I contemplated trying one of the sizes with more resistance, I wondered why waste money on something that may not work? A Goodwill bag containing it caught my eye. In case anyone is interested, I am 65 years old The average age of a child is 3 years old It's not easy being a body builder with a woman of her frame!.

When I release the band from its resistance, the problem with the bands is that it tends to squeeze onto my skin. Since I tore my shoulder rotator cuffs, I have been using therabands (bands) to help me recover. As a result, I find that this tube with a really solid but soft hand works best The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm just not too sure about how durable it will be. I found it somewhat flimsy to be honest.

You can't imagine how different your life would be without these handles. (I hope) the tubing is more resistant to damage than the bands because it is strong. BTW, I did not rate 'sheerness' since I did not know what it meant!.
