If you spend $1300 bucks, you'll only buy headaches. After trying these boots at a variety of sporting events, I was very impressed within a short period of time and delighted to finally own them. In spite of this, my first pair of recovery boots failed after two months of use. Amazon sent me a replacement after I contacted them. There was no information on how to resolve "Error 01" after a few months, and they broke again after a few months. The second time I contacted customer service, I was able to get only It would be reasonable to expect them to last longer than two months for $1300. There will be no waste of money on this garbage. I will tell everyone I know not to waste their hard earned money on it.

The product is excellent and I like it very much. Like some others have mentioned, when something goes wrong, customer service is slow to respond. In my opinion this product is worth 2 stars because I bought this last month, and I have only used it a few times, and now this product is useless because of the Like any curious engineer, I tried to figure out what was wrong before finalizing the return and waiting for customer service. So based on the pictures you can see that it has a leak, and a leak prevents the compression from working, so I have $1300 system that I cannot use.

If you like As long as this product is working, it is working well. In addition to road cycling and MTB riding, I put in 130 miles a week between the two. The soreness I had after riding back-to-back and the increased endurance performance made this product helpful. I'm in my 40s now and recovery has become a problem. A friend recommended it to me. As such, I was pleased with the way my unit was maintained and handled. I have always had a hissing sound coming from the connector of the hoses from the first day I got it. Since then, the hissing sound has been much louder, and it's not inflating effectively, and an error message appears on the LED screen as well. Since I contacted customer support over the weekend, it has been 3 business days and no response has yet been received. Although COVID may take some of the blame, it would be reasonable to expect some results when spending $995 on a product that fails at such a quick clip. The opposite has actually happened. Despite the fact that this product does not guarantee healing, when it works, it will make you feel better. In the event that I am able to resolve this issue, I'll update this post. As a recap, I ordered this unit on May 5th, 2020, used it 20 times, and it has failed. Customer service has not responded even though I left a voicemail and emailed, over 3 business days after placing the order. ** Update** I was contacted by customer support and received a new hose connector after a few weeks. Over 50% of the product has issues. I have had to exchange emails for almost a week, there are 5 defective products. Over a year has passed since I purchased a Normatec in my physical therapy office, and it has been a great investment. When I found out that my personal NormaTec is significantly less powerful than the one at my PT, I was disappointed. One goes to 10 while the other goes to 7, and the 10 unit feels more powerful. However, there is no indication between the two units that there is a difference. If I would have known there was a difference between the competing products, I would have bought one with higher compression for less money.
