In the middle of using it, I lost the pedal. Having a crooked resistance knob and no resistance is and has been a problem from the start. I cannot agree with it!.
As someone with mobility issues and who needs to exercise, I thought it would be great to buy this for them. I also liked that it includes key ring pull pins on the legs that make it very easy to fold up, even for those It is difficult to turn the knob with arthritic hands, which is the only criticism I have gotten from the person I bought it for. As for the other aspects, it is not something that can be easily changed without making the machine more complex/expensive. I think the design is simple but good. If you are looking for a device that allows you to move a little bit or exercise, I recommend it.
Throughout the day, my wife and I use them during class, work and while watching TV, and we find it very beneficial to keep our legs moving. Despite the fact that I bought these in thinking that I would be unable to take long walks during the winter -- are all around and these seem like a great way to get some exercise on a daily basis. My recommendation is to go with this!.
The fact that it works best when connected to a kitchen chair appeals to me, but does not work well under a desk, which was the reason The rest of the process works as expected.
It turned out to be the perfect gift for my husband who has multiple health problems that make it impossible for him to exercise. The pedals are easy for him to use. One thing that was not working very well was a strap that wouldn't hold it in place and it slipped on the hardwood floors. It is attached to the frame of the recliner by another strap that my son put on it.
". The truth is out there! The device won't fit into my house even if I brought it in. It's been in the garage for a week to try and get rid of the smell, but I've still not been able to get rid of it. I would update the review if I were to get a chance to use it.
My knee replacement surgery took place under my desk at work.
