You can return the item if you do not like it within the Amazon return period. I don't know if a warranty is offered, but you can try before you buy. A very sturdy and excellent product, I used it daily for 20 minutes for about 5 months after I had my knee replaced. It helped me regain my range of motion dramatically within a short period of time. The other reviewer's had her laptop break after only two weeks, so I don't understand how this can happen.
However, you can raise your front or back to change the angle of your exercise in order to exercise your hamstrings and quadriceps. This machine is not designed to increase the range of motion in your knees, it is intended to increase the range of motion in your hips and back. There are no words to describe how highly I recommend it. My physiotherapist taught me this sliding exercise after knee replacement surgery, and it worked much better than the one I used after my knee replacement surgery. The only thing I did was sit in a kitchen chair and watch TV with Arns. This is the perfect solution
Performing it facing forward, then going backwards, strengthens the lower leg muscles, especially if you incline it from the front as you do reps and then turn it around and do it from the back as well.
As an exercise machine for my knees, I bought it. While all types of activity burn some calories, I am not convinced that weight loss was the primary intention for Bob & Catherine Their goal was to design it to fit Brad.

Having used it for one week, I have been able to do three minutes and will continue to extend my sessions. As a result of my training, I FitGlide has now enabled me to use my right leg to lead climbing stairs, which I could not do before. Thanks Bob and Brad for creating such an amazing tool.
There's been only about a week since I've used it, and now The amount of money at stake would be considerable if it were lost The reels are covered with plastic pieces that glide across the surface. It just isn't strong enough for them to last anywhere near as long as they should. There is nothing I can do. I'm extremely I'm Bob and I'm There are decent videos from Brad, but the product is of low quality. Though it does not specify where it is manufactured, it probably comes from China because of its poor quality.
I am so grateful for the FitFLIDE for relieving my swelling ankles and feet. I have noticed a significant improvement in my knee since I began using it. It's so much less painful! Although I thought it was a bit pricey when I ordered it, it has proven to be well worth the money. The unit with one side would have been cheaper, and I almost went that route because of the cost, but I'm so glad I opted for the double. It has helped my bad knee and I'm pretty sure it will strengthen my good one so I don't have to suffer from the same issues as I did with my bad knee. This is definitely worth a try!.
The product was purchased for the purpose of rehabilitating my knee. Flatten it before you use it. In order to build muscle, I use an exercise machine and work the quadriceps and hamstrings by simply changing the angle of the incline on the machine. When using a FitGlide, you will need to wear slippers since the plastic foot holders are uncomfortable.
The mother of my children - A few months from now, my wife will be getting knee replacement surgery. Prior to and after surgery, she was instructed by her physician to use an exercise bike or a treadmill every day. The two of them were not able to be used by her because she could not bend her knee enough. This video caught my attention on YouTube and I thought it would be worth trying. It was quite easy for her to use this, whether she was in her wheelchair, sitting at the dining room table, or sitting in her lift sofa As well as giving a great workout, I use it too! There is definitely pain running up my upper legs, hips, and calf muscles. She will see it when she visits.

It is a big plus for them to have FitGLIDE! After having a full knee replacement, this got me back to being mobile by helping me bend the right way. I'm still using it 2 months later to keep the flexibility in the knee, and I'm keeping the soon to be replaced knee moving better as well. This is definitely worth a try!.
You can easily set this up and use it. In my case, I have not been consistent because I have to sit forward in a chair with a pillow behind my back to use it (I am short). I do think it's overpriced, however the quality is good so I don't consider it a problem.
