However, the risers with this platform are reliable. They are not as durable as those I have with other step platforms. There is a slight deflation in the plastic as if the plastic is caving in a bit as you step. I don't know if it's because the platform is smaller or if the plastic is just not very hard. The product is said to support up to 300 pounds for a person who weighs 195 I no longer felt the issue after putting my tennis shoes on and trying it again. My usual method for stepping on my other platforms is to do so wearing or not wearing If you step on this platform wearing shoes, you will get better results.

This was purchased for the purpose of supplementing my full stepper with two sets of risers that I already have. Unlike the risers from my first stepper, the risers on this stepper have a smooth contour. There is a greater degree of sharpness to these risers They are however compatible with my other stepper/risers and stack just fine. It is the sharpness of the steps that really matters. As I go from reducing to adding risers at different points in my workout, the edges of the risers are uncomfortably sharp against my palms when I add them. From this point forward, I think I should use these risers at the bottom and my old risers at the top so that I won't have to deal with these risers as Described as smoothly contoured and as described, this platform piece is as described.

Here are a few quick points to As far as the quality of the hard plastic materials is concerned, this step seems okay. The device has not been used yet, but I tried it for more than five minutes while doing alternating leg movements Ups and for me it would be better if there was at least one more riser in the package to make it a 14" step, instead of a 12" one. There just seems to be too much ease to it. So I guess I'll have to buy more in the future if I decide to keep them. What really bugs me is the fact that whoever applied the grippy surface to the top left in air bubbles that I cannot seem to remove with my fingers. A real pain in the arse. The High Step was a bit expensive, and maybe I should have spent a few more dollars.

The two I purchased are in great shape! In order to stack one higher and use the stacks from the other as well as to use them in jump squat exercises. Simple storage compared to traditional long step ups. Can almost be used like a long step up but with better storage. Working out at home is possible due to Covid, so this was also a great purchase!
