Questions & Answers
This appears to be a standard club step with a slew of risers, based on the photos. Given Amazon's reasonable return policies, I would order more of these if I needed more.
I bought the risers and platforms together, so I have no idea.
They didn't fit my step platform, so I had to send them back. Mine is 43" long as well, but they don't fit well enough for me to safely do exercises. I tried contacting the company that made mine to see if they sold risers separately, but they don't. br>Ordering them just to see if they fit is a good idea. They're all unique in their own way.
Although I only have three on each side, it is extremely stable. I'd start with 5 on each side and if that's stable, I'd move on to 7. I hope this information is useful.

These black risers were a perfect match for my old Step. Apart from their color, they are indistinguishable from the others. Sturdy. My purchase went well.
I have "The Step," which has two risers and is similar to what is used in step classes at the gym. Although my steps are gray, they blend in well and serve my needs well. On all four sides, the lengths are identical to the other original risers that came with my unit - They are not, however, as tall or as thickly built as my other step. It is incorrect to assume that this is the same as the first step. If you look at my picture, you can see that there are minor differences between the two.
Les Mills' "Body Pump" classes are one of my favorites. I had to stop going to the gym because I was caring for my parents. But I'll be damned if I don't sacrifice my fitness and the peace of mind that comes with it. I enjoy Les Mills' "Body Pump" classes at the gym, so I purchased some weights, this set of risers, and the bench that goes with them, and now I can lift whenever I have free time. br>The risers and bench are the same as those used at the gym.
However, they only come with four risers, which I discovered I needed after six weeks of use. So I went to Amazon and discovered that they not only had the grey, but also the purple. Purple is a color that no one can say no to. (It's one of my favorite hues) br>br>These are the same as the original grey and provide a nice contrast when the two are combined. Even with five of these supporting the step, it is stable, so don't be concerned. I was a little worried, but my fears were unfounded. Each riser adds 2" to the height, which measures 16" on each side. br>br>These can be used as an aerobic step or as a weight-lifting bench or chair - They're also nice enough that you could put them on one side of the room and use them as a bench!.
In their garage, a relative had a step that was at least ten years old but lacked risers. These, fortunately, are a perfect fit. It's a common gym step. Plastic with a ridged black top in a teal green color. The step has proven to be beneficial for cardio and as a quasi-strengthening device. During quarantine, I used a weight bench.
This is exactly what you'd expect from a gym trainer who had me use a 5-foot step. I already had 6 risers, so I decided to get some more for my home setup. In addition, it serves as a makeshift bench for chest presses, chest flys, dips, and other exercises. At home, I use five sets of risers, and they're very stable (with proper placement and, of course, common sense).
"Used Like New" was my purchase criteria. Unfortunately, Amazon's warehouse staff decided that cleaning the bottom wasn't necessary. I haven't used them yet, but based on their weight, they appear to be quite sturdy. Because they were filthy, the money's value plummeted to zero. They were promptly returned to me.
We originally purchased a different brand step that only had two steps on each side, but my husband required three, so I purchased these and they are excellent. They're all the same size and shape. It's a good match.
