I then decided to check Amazon to see if I could find any new items. After finding this little gem, I did not have to look long. Having it as a replacement makes sense. Would it be the same if it were? Not at all. The closest we can come is enough. In a similar manner to the fanny lifter, this product works by lifting the buttocks. The new version of the old favorite comes in at a reasonable price.

In my physical therapy facility, I use a variable height step that mimics what I do when rehabbing after hip surgery. Several of them are listed on this site and I also found some in my local store. It was evident that none of them had such a wide range of heights and all were too tall. Having to store a 3' long piece of equipment did not appeal to me. In the corner of my recliner, it's tucked away. When watching TV or talking on the phone, you can grab it out and use it right away. A higher option would also have been nice for me. It is better for me to mount my horse higher, as I am trying to regain the ability to use this leg. If you ordered two, you could even add more risers and get it up to a higher height. Neither of the ones I looked at had the ability to do that because of how the risers were arranged. Simply stack the risers and they are quick and easy to install. In no time at all, they are in In terms of stability on wood floors, I find the product to be quite good. As well as being grippy, the top of the device is also extremely hard. I found it to be a perfect fit for me. The step is likely not big enough if you use it as part of a vigorous exercise or if you do not have well controlled foot placement. When you do simple strengthening exercises, such as the ones I am doing, you need to have the control and stability to position those feet precisely where you want them to be. It's not easy to make a mistake.

The small size was the best size for my small house since I don't have enough space in my house for a large size like you would see in an aerobics class. I bought this in order to do at-home knee exercises recommended by my physical therapist.

I was surprised at how heavy the steps were as I have been living by the stairs for years. It is good quality and should last for years. I will probably not be able to use all five steps at my age, 90. During jumping up on it, the main piece has a little give to it so my legs and hips don't feel as shocked as they might.

You're doing great with these! This is a little on the pricey side for some plastic, but I had expected that from a major brand. I don't mind the price though everything workout oriented seems to be more expensive these days, if you get what I mean, since we're We ordered these to add height to our steps. As a result, we can now add four of them on either side, which makes the step workout more efficient. In a second, I stack them all up into an elegant little unit which we continue to use for storing things when not in use, but also for sitting on. Solo can tell you what you need to know, I love the fact that this can be used for so many practical purposes. However, rest assured when you buy.
